Hotel Punta e Mare

Simple little hotel in the city center. It‘s clean and close to the beach. Amazing for the price.

We had a nice stay here! We were only there one night, but the room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was modern. Staff was friendly and the backyard was cute.

I was assigned here by a conference, saw two stars and started to worry.  I was pleasantly surprised. The owner waited up for us as we arrived past midnight. The next morning we were greeted with a lovely continental breakfast of French croissant, baguette, coffee, hot milk, beautiful jam. I am a bit of a clean freak and this place was spotless and I do mean spotless.  The beds were on the firm side, the pillows comfortable, and the shower warm and easy to use. There were two rooms, a fridge a kettle and a washing machine. The best part was the patio with picnic table. It is 3 minutes to town, I minute from a grocery and quiet. Now it isn’t fancy but it’s perfect. The air con also works very well. It was a great stay and I would recommend this as highly as most 4 star paris hotels, if not more highly due to the cleanliness of the room and the kindness of the owner,

I stayed for a week and had no problem to report. My room was oriented towards the garden and had enough ventilation. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good. Recommended.

Very reasonable accommodation for the price

An almost motel-style hotel where you park your cars in front of the rooms and go to another location for the hotel reception and breakfast. 
Very charming owners who treat their guests as family members. 
Good quality rooms but extremely hot. 
No air-conditioning in the middle of summer and no real windows at the back of the bedroom other than a very large ceiling fan. Having said that, this was all reflected in the price. Situated in a very pleasant Corsican village however...
