Hotel l’Oursin is definitely fairly basic accommodation. However, the town of St Jean Cap Ferrat is pretty upmarket, so, to find a light, spacious hotel room with huge windows overlooking the port for a very reasonable price, was not to be sniffed at! The bathroom was modern and super clean, but bedroom a bit dated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location super. They weren’t serving breakfast when we stayed, but there’s a cafe two minutes walk away, so no problem. No parking outside hotel, but car parks nearby. Would definitely stay again.
