We travelled to Les Deux Chèvres in Gevrey-Chambertin for a family birthday. The hotel and location turned out to be perfect. Sébastien, the owner and his team were fantastic hosts and always prepared to go the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were excellent with great views over the vineyards. They were very much French traditional style and were really lovely. Bathrooms were awesome. The breakfasts were great (check out pictures on their website) with a chef on hand to cook something hot and eating in the garden by the pool overlooking the vineyards was magical. Sébastien was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities and it was brilliant to be able to walk to several different restaurants and wine cellars. We did a great wine tasting while we were there starting at Dijon booked via trip advisor. Good times. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.
