Very friendly driver and with little care. A copious lunch, fresh bread and good crust. A comfortable hotel bed that remained in its juicy decoration level.

Correct for one night/good breakfast

I followed the positive reviews on booking. I don't understand the favorable reviews on comfort and cleanliness. The bed was uncomfortable and housekeeping must be an abstract notion.

I've never seen that before.

Nice location (Lollapalooza festival). Rustic but welcoming hotel, discreet staff but helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is cozy and allows you to last well until early afternoon. Clean room and good mattress, bed rebuilt every day, towels changed every day as well. A little noise from the street, but it does not prevent the nap!

Good value for money

Perfect location in relation to the park of the princes. A little old decoration but a very clean room. Very friendly and warm welcome. A nice and very good lunch. Everything you need to start the day well.

Very clean hotel springania with a very large continental breakfast right, the rooms can be old but no very courteous boss and staff.

Business

I stayed three nights in this gloomy hotel in Boulogne recently. It was the worst experience of my life. Horrible smell when I arrived in the room, no elevator. The condition of the room is deplorable, how can this hotel still rent rooms? Dirty, moist walls, we saw the marks of moisture, very dirty carpet, tasks everywhere, tiny bathroom, zero cleanliness. The spiders were bigger than the others. The blankets, the dirty sheets, full of hair, no bathroom door, THREE THREE insects!

Mediocre, worst experience possible

After seeing the comments I was a little scared. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very clean. The reception is very warm, the hostess is helpful. It's cozy, breakfast is cozy. The room is well soundproofed. The only negative: the bathroom is small and the shower pipe is too short. I'm not big but crouching for this shower is not easy. However, I recommend this hotel.

Very helpful

There's no isolation, we wonder if this is a hotel pass because of the noise in the rooms next door, Sdb with a broken door, a water tank that doesn't work, everything creaks, loathsome beds (back pain guaranteed), no wifi when I called before, absolutely avoid it!

It's an absolute horror.

The rooms itself are small and in a typical French style. One point less because of old and leaky tap. The staff and owners are very nice and helpful but don't speak any English at all. The wifi in my room did not work but they tried to fix it. When you are searching reasonanlble rooms in Paris this would be a place to recommend.

Very nice French style stay

We went to this hotel, via the Mairie's list, as we couldn't find space in a reasonably priced hotel in the area. On arriving with luggage not long before midnight, we were handed a towel to take to our room and told our room was on the third floor: there's no lift. 
   Our room sat above a road which was so busy it competed with the peripherique (into which it fed).  If we opened our windows, we couldn't hear the phone for the noise; if we closed them, we choked on cigarette smoke coming from a neighbour's room. 
  On our first morning, we were woken by a phone call, followed by a knocking on the door, asking us when we'd be out so they could attend to the room.  I explained we'd like to put a 'do not disturb' sign on our door when it suited.  We were told that that wasn't possible in this hotel. 
   The old man downstairs (owner, I suspect) was nice; the old woman (co-owner, I presume) a battleaxe. My impression is that many 'guests' live here on a semi-permanent basis and that visiting guests like us form more of a minority: my only evidence for this assessment is some of the other 'guests'.
   The cost of our room was 68 euro a night. We stayed for 3 nights instead of the planned 6.
