The bathroom is large with double vanity, large shower, toiletries etc. Our host, Bruno, was very helpful and makes a great breakfast. Breads, eggs, ham, cheeses fruit, home-made yoghurts, juices and Tea and coffee. Location wise La Villa Desvaux de Marigny is a 15 – 20-minute walk to Plaza Gambetta and the beautiful city of Bordeaux. There is on street parking. Speak to Bruno re accessing the Villa's reduced parking costs - 10 euro a day (6 days a week) There are buses into town and to the Bordeaux main station, St Jean, nearby (fares are Euro 1.70 each way). From St Jean you can get trains to the beaches or winery regions around Bordeaux. This guest house is first class accommodation close to Bordeaux and the property manager is very helpful and generous with his time.
