Arriving at the address, the driver was told that this is not a hotel. And they don't give out numbers.

The hostel is very cheap and it is easy to get in there because Bobigny is very close to Paris (you can get the ville lumiere through the tube). There are 5 rooms with 5 beds in each of them. During my staying in there, there were only young people and one of them who rent permanently the hostel is very remarkable: macho, macho men. He was my night dream, my goal was to stay at the same room  as long as possible to fell in love with him.
Unfortunately it did not happen and after one month I left. There are 2 toilets, and a main hall with dining space and kitchen. Not far away from there are are food shops and the tube station. I advice it to youngers who want to visit Paris and spend few money.

One month over there

Over 10 guests used only one toilet. The kitchen was very dirty and bedroom was smelly. The environment was pretty bad but its really cheap to stay and I think I’m okay with that and I got a nice friendships there. There is a police station very close by there so don’t worry about safety. I would recommend you guys who broke !

Bad but good

The fellow travellers were lovely however the hostel was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned at all. The pictures are not accurate at all. The floors were filthy. There are marks all over the walls. There was only 2 toilets (with no toilet paper and smelt like stale urine) and only one shower for all guests (I was told about 25 beds in total but when I was there they were adding in more beds). I was told on arrival that the lockers did not work and it doesn’t seem like you can lock your individual room. I was told to leave any valuables with the manager. No shelves or place to put your luggage. There was not at least one power point per person in the room. The manager/owner comes in unannounced in the morning and night to check if beds are available. The pillows provided were just a seat cushion in a pillow case. 
However, if you are happy to live in squalor for a few days; the train station is close, ATM and grocery store is also close.

EXTREMELY dirty

Hygiene - security - comfort of the rooms - reception - TV - wifi This establishment is more than a room. No fire extinguisher, no smoke detector. Deplorable hygiene. In the rooms, beds paid a misery, a small window-like veluxe, difficult to breathe, dirty toilet, no toilet paper as stated on booking, the wifi runs a hit on 2. Olive Tree that welcomes people, has no office, takes the cash, gets to pass with the manager to offer accommodation in Paris. No reception, it is impossible to reach an irresponsible chair. The rooms of the restaurant do not close to the TV locks.
