Le Clos Saint Cadreuc

I stayed for five nights with a group of eight friends, we used fiveof the rooms. This was a return visit for four of our party. We had a very warm welcome from the friendly proprieters, and were made to feel very much 'at home.' My room was clean, comfortable and freshly decorated. My door opened onto a courtyard garden, which we walked across to reach the dining room located in the building on the other side. The garden was a sun trap, supplied with plenty of garden tables and chairs for guests. There was also a sitting room for guests use. The food was good. The breakfast as you would expect in France, particularly good croissants . The evening meal, more like good french home cooking, than hotel food, ingredients in season and from the hotel vegetable garden. The hotel is located in quiet countryside, not far from beautiful beaches and historic towns. A car is essential.
