Such a beautiful unusual place for us to stopover, we loved it! Hosts were fantastic great communication and helped us booked restaurant for that night. Gorgeous relaxing outdoor area for us to enjoy the garden and views. Breakfast was THE BEST and all homemade! In the morning the little burner kicked into life making the cave very cosy.  The village of Loches was a quick drive away and definitely worth a visit

Great night sleep in a beautiful cave

Accommodation chosen for its originality but very disappointed by the reception. Tips ++ to not destroy the room: dehumidifier, do not lay open the door even for a minute. Accommodation to pay as soon as the booking by bank transfer and acceptance after actual receipt of the transfer... Cash payment. Internet pass, accommodation given the place but not specified at the time of booking, television idem (even if it was not a problem for us).

Choose for originality.

The guests are very warm and well advised (the recommended restaurant was excellent). It is very well situated and there are plenty of places to visit in the vicinity.

It's a great experience, Troglo

Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights in July 2022. We especially enjoyed the coolness of the troglodytic room Les Étables in hot weather. Warm home by the owner, room decorated with taste and well-groomed. Breakfast made by the owner with local products. We spent a pleasant stay in this accommodation. Only small details: the time range for taking breakfast is quite limited and a local and confusing use: to reserve a table in a restaurant in Loches, it is easier to get pistoned by the owners of the accommodation (who have the right to call), our kindness and decency...

Atypical accommodation

An atypical night in the comfortable cabin pleasant with the terrace and most of our name on the slate as a welcome sign super breakfast with pastries and yogurt home a place not to miss welcome to the top and kindness thank you

A place to sleep peacefully

We were in one of the four troglodyte rooms, the one called the stable. A very comfortable and charming room. Despite our late arrival (more than an hour late!), our host booked us the best reception and even booked us a table (very good!) at an Italian restaurant in Loches.

A place of great charm

Located in a residential neighborhood in Beaulieu-Lès-Loches, so out of the tourist town of Loches, but at a leisurely pace. Quite unusual situation since on the street, classic houses then suddenly, a site dug into the rock: it's the house of houses. Unusual and off-road accommodation, charming and very well maintained

The owners have done a considerable job in rehabilitating this space. They have built old mushroom mills. The wine cellar for us is a real haven of peace and quiet. Manifestly decorated. This place is to be preserved and the owners are well understood, they take care of it by putting on a humidifier and heating. No feeling of humidity and oppression imagine the troglo valley is so high. There is no kidney missing, luggage... coat, to the umbrella if necessary. And what about the dining room for breakfast, charming, fireplace. Bravo!! for this considerable work. When you see the thickness of the stone fire.

Beautiful accommodation and with the charm of being in a room dug into the rock.The hostess is very friendly and friendly.We have recommended places in the area that have not disappointed us.We repeat without a doubt.

After a day at the Beauval Zoo, we enjoyed a night at the Troglodyte Gite, a place full of history, which the owner was very happy to tell us about during our breakfast. The gite is clean and very welcoming. We will return without hesitation.
