This hotel is in a house with 410 years old, but inside is very modern, clean, wonderful! We loved this! The owner was very friendly, the localization is good and it has a parking near. I recommend this hotel.
      
      

The location is near city center, just 5 minutes walk. There are bakery, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
The place is spacious and clean. The owner is friendly. Since it is semi apartment, no cleaning on daily basis, but trash bag is provided.
Kitchen and its utilities very complete.
Wifi connection is good however there is 1 day out of 4 days where the wifi is not working. 
There is no elevator in the hotel and no airconditioner, but the fan is provided.

When we checked in, there was nothing to sign or review.  I made this reservation a couple months in advance so I forgot the check-out time and terms.  That being said, we checked out at 11:45 and this is how that process worked.  They emailed me at 11:15 to come get our stuff out of the room.  We were next store getting lunch and saw the staff from the hotel, but he did not mention that at that time they were in our room packing our stuff.

When we went back to get our stuff to leave, our bags were sitting in the lobby!  They then had the gall to charge us for an extra night!  In my opinion, you do one or the other but not both!  Being late with check-out is on us, but leave our stuff put, since they were planning to charge us for the extra night.  But no, they decided to go through our belongings and pack them for us.  I was very upset since I had $2000 USD in the room along with my camera equipment and memory cards that could easily have been overlooked, or at the time I thought could have been pilfered.

I paid for our three nights and we left.  The hotel then went through Booking.com to get an extra night off the card.  I contacted Booking.com and the operator said either the hotel would refund us the one night or Booking would.  Well, Booking did not honor their commitment either.  

The room was very small and furnished from Ikea.  The water closet was so small I had to open the door to give my knees some room.  The shower pan spilled water all over the floor.  The towels were as if they were picked up from lost and found.

We did not make use of the kitchenette.  The rooms are not Air Conditioned.

It is nicely located to two main plazas.

They will scam you if you check out the slightest bit late!

This was the worst experience of holiday accommodation that I can ever recall, with the reality being a lot different from the advanced publicity.

To get to the studio apartment meant accessing an unprotected stairwell with the room itself  being:- uninviting; claustrophobic; unkempt ; small and absolutely unacceptable.The only window looked out onto an inner courtyard, which accentuated the dark nature of the entire experience.
The welcome itself was certainly far short of the french word ACCUEIL!!.

Despite protestations the full cancellation policy was invoked, although it still proved a better 
option to find alternative accommodation.

This mis-representation is unforgivable and does nothing for ENTENTE CORDIALE.

A FRENCH NIGHTMARE!!

We did not stay here, but I wanted to share my views regarding the pre-trip communication and reception at this establishment. We communicated extensively before the time to confirm that we book a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. We were told this would be through linking 2 seperate smaller apartments. I also asked for the first floor as there is no lift (my parents of 75 were traveling with us). I did all this confirmation not only through e-mail, but also phoned. On arrival we were shown (by a very disinterested fellow - there is no reception area!) to a one-bedroom, one bathroom unit on the fourth floor! The second part of ths apartment was a double bed on a very small mezzanine level (so small that wire-netting is used to prevent people from falling to the area below. Despite this not being at all what was promised, I was charged the full fee for cancelling on the spot.
