B and B - Paris - Les Coteaux

This Bed and Breakfast as they like to call themselves to attract the British visitors is excellently placed for access to Paris without the fancy prices of Paris itself. We travelled by car and found parking reasonably close to the property. The street was quiet and the property very accessible. Once inside the steep stairs could be a problem for some especially since one of the owners has a stairlift which restricts access a little. The Tour Eiffel room is very tastefully decorated keeping French style and some of the owners paintings. Spa shower and bathroom attached with the bed comfortable and well dressed. The toilet, however was outside the room and up a further three stairs. The room was also adjacent to the breakfast and general access room which made it noisy depending on the other guests staying there. Don't plan a lie in if others are getting up early. Continental breakfast of high standard but if you ask for tea ask for a mug if you don't want to be presented with a bowl (chinese style) The owners were very helpful and friendly they speak very good English and are looking to attract as many British visitors as possible and my verdict is they deserve to get them. The French know this place is good, so why should they have it to themselves.
