The hotel belongs to the Michelin ** restaurant in the same building. I was very impressed with this hotel. The quality of the rooms, the decoration, the amenities, the service were at the luxury level. Quiet, not flashy. Only the prices were far below! The breakfast is simply outstanding, with many top quality items to choose from. Eggs are prepared freshly on order. Very friendly and personal breakfast service. This is clearly the place I will return to when in Arbois next time.

This Belgian couple who,took over this well knew restaurant brought a new wind here.
Well done!! The restaurant is even better than before with traditional dishes in a modern way and prepared with modern techniques.
The hotel is more dan ok and they are still improving it. A nice breakfast buffet.

We travelled to Arbois simply to sample the delights of Jean Paul Jeunet's culinary skills.
Welcomed into a modern reception area, we were soon escorted to our room on the first floor. Well furnished and clean it met with our full approval. The hotel only probably merits a "very good" rating, but it is really only a means to an end .... Dinner.
We go down at 8.00 and are immediately greeted and seated at our table. Their are 5 staff working the restaurant on the evening of our visit, serving about 30/35 guests.
Flawless service to deliver three beautifully crafted courses, interspersed with an array of amuse-bouches between many of the courses and delicious bread baked in house.
A wholly delightful evening.

In the centre of this small town but barely anywhere to stop - parking garage was about 150m away, and costed Euro13/night.  Our room was quite large with only a side view of an alleyway.  There was no room safe, and v few power points, none by the bed.  The bathroom was good except the washbasin had no plug.  There was good free wifi.  Dinner was good but expensive - Euro 122 for cheapest 3 courses, with wines from about Euro 30.  Service was rather slow.  There was a wood fire burning but rather oddly it was screened from view of almost every table in the room.  Breakfast was only fair - weak coffee, only one choice of cereal (granola).

This restaurant is nestled in a small quaint picturesque town of Arbois.

The service is rather frothy and the restaurant a contrast to the charm of the town.  

Interesting menu of Eight Deadly Sins. Overall, the chef is trying too hard to live up to being Michelin stars.
