Nice well-equipped apartment near downtown cheap parking spot customer had smoked before it smelled like cigarette air conditioning a little limit missing a real separation between the bedroom and bathroom damage to the velvet damaged

Good situation

The apartment was equipped with a new one. The furniture was new and very comfortable. The wifi was very weak. We had no news of how to pick up the key and it made us very uncomfortable to know where to go. After payment they promised to send me a bill or ticket that I never arrive. No. It has a laundry machine.

Modern Apartment in Albi

This is a well priced and well looked after property. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The only criticism I would have is that it is so hard to locate. The owners need to explain its location using the local landmarks and shops as it has no external signage.

Great , clean and well equipped apartment

1. When you book this place, they have a policy that you can cancel only 7 days in advance - pay close attention to this!
2. I booked, yet my flight got cancelled because of a strike. This was 3 days before my arrival and I reported this while still at the airport. The property owner first was not picking up the phone, then refused to negotiate on a) refunding my stay (she still had 3 days!) b) moving it to a future date. She pretty much hung up on my call, which I found rude, unprofessional, and humiliating. 

Do not spoil your trip, there are other places to stay in Albi I am sure! 

Life is to short to deal with such greedy, money-obsessed owners who do not care at all about your stay and experience.

Stay away: rude, greedy, unfriendly owner

Stayed for 3 nights from 25 to 28 February 2018. I booked the small room in Albiappart 2 overlooking the colonel Teyssier Street; it is clean, new and bright. The bedding is excellent, the kitchenette with the maintenance appliances is well equipped, the bathroom with shower is spacious. The wifi is free and works perfectly as well as the TV, heating, all the appliances provided (oven, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, dining machine,...) and the air conditioning. Some toilet products and bags of coffee and sugar are offered. Parking in the street, just in front of the shower is free and easy. The only table for this room is the place where you can eat. This is the only place where you can access the tea, especially in the other 3 rooms (less than 4 large rooms) this is an excellent address for less than 100 people.

It's a great apartment.

This is a building dedicated to temporary apartments. Access is by code. The owner only supplies the sheets and towels with an extra fee (12€!) Luckily, the beds are included in the booking! She suggests that you pay for the bookings and additions in cash! The apartment is not bad, when you like IKEA. Do not look for any soul, or minimum product base: it is the hotel even more impersonal!

A super-complete and modern apartment, equipped with everything necessary and very well located, not in the middle of the city centre but also not far away and perfectly walkable.

Beautiful and modern.

If the outside environment (town center) and the entrance to the building can collapse, once inside everything is different. The building is completely renovated, clean and quiet. The studio is quite spacious and very convenient. The kitchen/living room and the night space are separated by a small partition and the sdb without being large is functional. The double glazing protects from many external nuisance and the bedding is of very good quality.
