The pool is warm and very well maintained briefly we had a real relaxing moment.

That's a great address.

It's a wonderful guesthouse, decorated with taste, garden and pool and most of all, the best warm welcome, kindness, sense of service, usefulness, smile, we love this family.

What a joy

Home, setting, situation, cleanliness, everything is set up to make your stay in Albi a success.

Everything is perfect.

It's a very nice guest room, very remarkably situated, beautiful swimming pool, extra breakfast and very welcoming guests, the house is furnished with taste, everything is perfect, parking is available in front of the house, near the city centre.

Exceptional

Not easy to spot from the road and we drove past it the first time. Parking outside to unload your luggage from the car was a bit tricky, incurring the wrath of the bendy-bus driver!
Once in we were escorted by Elodie to our room which turned out to be the Manhattan Suite which is up in the loft on the second floor, The room is very large and nicely decorated in a modern style. It has one large double bed plus 2 more smaller ones in two alcoves which can be curtained off. There is also a sofa and chairs and a very large flat screen TV. The bathroom is quite impressive with a good shower and separate tub. The only downside is the toilet room which is small with a low ceiling and a bit painful when you forget to duck in the middle of the night. The toilet also needs some ventilation as it can get a bit "niffy" if you get my drift.
Breakfast is very, very good, lots of variety and excellent quality. Elodie made us very welcome and gave us information on the local restaurants.
All in all an excellent 2 night stay and probably the best B&B we have stayed in.

Lovely B&B in the heart of Albi

Beautiful house in the heart of the city (near the water jet), public parking in front (free access card). Full centre location, near shops, restaurants... very welcoming, available and caring hotels (guide tours, restaurant..), warm, smiling Room on the 2nd floor suite suite room + living room corner - quiet, spacious, excellent quality bed, large bathroom: comfort, cleanliness, refined decoration Full lunch, with home pastries - served in the garden, in front of the pool in good weather: beautiful heated pool = we spent a very nice week of relaxation, between visits around

Superb bedroom and bathroom, nice house in the heart of the centre, warm accommodation

Five nights in these ideally located guest rooms, very spacious, comfortable, family-friendly rooms, excellent welcome from the housewives, perfect breakfast, a great address to remember in Albi.

It's a great place.

The house is well described below but I'll repeat the things that impressed us the most. The house is gorgeous overall and well appointed (example: the polished wood stairs blew me away). It boasts a large and pleasant garden with a pool big enough for lap swimming. The  Manhattan Suite is a very large room with king bed and two single beds tucked into the corners, huge TV (easy to connect your phone, computer, or USB to watch movies), aircon, a big bathroom with double sinks, shower, and tub; and a detached toilet with another sink. It is up two flights of stairs--on the 2nd floor by French counting, the 3rd floor under the American and British system. It's true that there aren't windows, but there are four large skylights, all remote controlled for plenty of light. The other room, which we didn't see, is up one flight of stairs. It was great to have free, easy and secure parking in a large public lot across the street (we visited during a heat wave, so parked underground). 

M. and Mme. were warm, kind and generous with advice (both of the restaurants they suggested--Chez Oscar and Le Bruit en Cuisine--were winners). The included breakfast put on by Monsieur was an incredible spread of fruit, cheese, meat, pastries, etc. Very, very nice! 

To our minds this B&B represents great value with a good location just minutes from the center of the old town. We would not hesitate to book there again when we return to Albi.

One of our best B&B experiences ever!

Our rooms were very nice, spacious and quiet ,the owner of the house was very pleasant, breakfast was very good. The outside pool was inviting, the first morning, we had breakfast outside by the pool.

The rooms had no window only sky lights and were three floors up.

LOVELY HOUSE

When I came to Albi for business, I discovered this beautiful town and the Embellie, a beautiful home, ideally located and perfectly maintained by warm and available guests. Everything was perfect, in every detail! The decoration, the comfortable, bright and spacious room, the delicious and refined breakfast, the garden and the perfectly maintained swimming pool, the calm and friendly atmosphere. A quality service, I'll be back!
