Bed and Breakfast Jardin de Marie

Lovely old house with modern renovation, right in the historic old area. Great garden, common space, breakfast. The bed in our room was up a narrow steep stair in the room which was fine with us, but might not suit someone with bad knees or who has to go downstairs to the bathroom multiple times. We enjoyed three days without getting in a car, just walking around the old city and visiting museums, cathedral and other things on foot. Breakfast is excellent but mainly sweet/plain so we bought cheese nearby to have with bread and croissants. They provide baguette, croissant, fresh orange juice, coffee, tea and homemade yogurt, jam and granola/muesli. The proprietors Valerie and Pauline are very helpful, although at least one has limited English.
