My summer time visit to Gite Pollen was a very pleasant overnight on a long journey. Gite Pollen is a small hotel (or guest house) with about 6 guest rooms. I stayed in the Mont Pourri room, which has an expansive view of the surrounding Alpine mountains. My room was very basic - two twin beds with traditional comforters, and a light. That is all there is. Comfortable and clean. The bathroom was larger than the room itself, but it is across the hall (private, not shared). Valerie prepared breakfast for me at my requested time, and the meal was quite adequate. She also offers dinner but I did not take that option. The cost of my room was 25 Euro for a single, plus 6.5 Euro breakfast and 0.80 tax. I knew there would be no WiFi so I got by okay, but if that is important then keep it in mind.
