Beautiful location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place to stay and enjoy the Northern lights from your bed watch through the glass ...it's a dream Land.

This is the perfect choice if visiting Lapland. It’s the best place to see the Northern Lights from the comfort of your room. We had the best sightings at the resort. The activities are very processionally organised. The staff and service were excellent.

If you are looking for the ultimate resort for your Northern Lights expedition this is it. All the Lapland experience in 1 place.The "igloos" are well designed and has all the creature comforts you need for you to stay comfortable. Onsite Reindeer experience, Snowmobile adventure, and of course Northern Lights Hunting. Dog Sledding and their very own Santa experience also available. The staff are eager to assist and very helpful.Lastly... YESS the Northern Lights are visible from this resort (weather permitting)

We LOVED this place! Everything was better than expected. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The hotel cabins were so freaking beautiful!!!! Just like the pictures. We cant wait to stay here again. It was an incredible experience.

Stayed here with my partner for 6 days, and we had the best time. The staff are amazing and will try to cater to any requests and overall very friendly. Simple things like making conversation with guests goes a long way making us feel welcome. The cabins are lovely on a clear night you can fall to sleep with a sky full of stars due to the lack of light pollution on the area. Finally the dinner options were amazing, proper home cooked dinners with a showing of finlands foods, we stayed for 6 days and didn’t get a repeat of any food for dinner. Will most definitely return.

totally love this place, it's so magical. it snowed heavily when i stayed there.the cabin was beautifully furnished and modern, clean and super comfortable. the floor was heated, even in the bathroom. the bed was super comfortable, that i slept so well. wish i stayed longer.the dinner buffet was very tasty, plenty of vegetarian and meat-free options for me. i skipped breakfast.Shuttle service to Levi town was something i needed since i didn't drive. most places in Lapland only catered to those driving, so this hotel was perfect for me.

perfect stay in Levi, Lapland

Amazing experience. We stayed one night here and one at another glass igloo place nearby to try two different places, but I wish we stayed both nights here. The place is great, the igloos are quite far apart and are private. The place feels like out in the wilderness, surrounded by trees and forest. The hotel reception area is also excellent, very cozy with very good food. The activities are also right there, excellent also to walk around. The glass igloos do not have as much glass window as some others at other places, but the glass window is more than plenty large, and the igloo provides excellent balance between view and privacy. If you see the aurora you anyway want to go outside for proper view. We were lucky we could see the aurora both outside and inside. If I go back, I will certainly stay here again.

amazing experience

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed many of the activities offered, as well as the relaxing times too. Beautiful setting. Cabins are a bit rustic, but that didn’t matter as we were out and about most of the day. There were a large number of families with young children, which imho added to our enjoyment as we could share their joy in the snow and Santa. Highly recommended if you aren’t looking for a quiet modern venue.

Lovely place in beautiful aurroundings

Great cabins which really are as good as they look online: comfortable, modern and a great view of the aurora from your bed!   Food was good, as were the staff (both hotel and activities).  My only "complaint" would be that the sauna / hot tub was not included in the price: for a hotel as expensive as this I would have expected that to be free (not €100 per visit!).  Also, could do with some additional eco-friendly waste bins in the cabins to allow separation of recyclables.  Otherwise excellent and will definitely visit again :-)

A great concept!

Beautifully located in the middle of a typical lapland forest, secluded from everyone else (Levi Center 17km). Well designed and heated Aurora Cabins. Amazing view die to the half roof beeing held in glass which allows to spent time in the warm and cozy bed whilest watching the northern lights. Not much space for winter gear (you‘ll need several layers here -20/-30degrees cellcius) only one dresser available.I would have loved to know from the beginning how much the sauna and the hot tub would cost, which we only got to hear on our last day by a guest who was paying her sauna and hot tub. I prefer to be informed before spending money, how much it will cost. But this didn‘t change the private sauna and hot tub experience which helps you recover from the cold day and experienes.Great winter experiences such as husky rides or snowmobile tours can be booked (with very friendly, passionate and experiences guides, through the tablet in your room or you can use it to get in touch with the reception. Which by the way is always friendly and very helpful.Half-board is recommended because of the distance to other places. The à la carte menu was unfortunately not available due to covid restrictions. I missed choosing a burger and fries for dinner or even something else. The buffet has a good choice, but could still be more vast considering the level of hotel you‘re staying in. More typical lapland cuisine would have been appreciated to get the full load of the experience.

Beautiful place to stay and experience lapland.

We saw northern lights on each day despite of partially cloudy weather and calm space weather. Recommend spending for few days in case it’s cloudy on one night. Cottage was warm and comfy. Free snowshoes (and skies) for ourdoor activity. Multiple paths to follow in the forest (map/sings) would have been nice. Even small sledge hill. Sauna & jacuzzi can be reserved for a separate fee. Reindeers living close by. All in all, a very nice and relaxing visit with amazing views of the sky.

Great stay!

Lovely property, even under cloudy skies (typical in Finland...). Dedicated and friendly staff.Would fix 2 things, the awful repeating soundtrack of Western pop songs that were boring at first listen, and torture when repeated 100 times. Consider Lapish ballads. The service screen reflects on the half dome, couldn't figure out how to dim, bit of a spoiler if AB would be on.

Lovely people, setting

We had a great time during our two night stay at the village Levi. The hotel was in a beautiful area and was about a 30 minute drive from the Kittilä airport. The buffet style breakfast and dinner was delicious! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t see any Northern lights during our trip but we would definitely go back.
