I stayed here for a week while in Labasa. This was a clean, quiet and friendly location. The showers had good pressure and hot water. The balcony view was nice. You could see the city well. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The lunch box cafe down stairs was very good.

Hotel #2 in Labasa

Our recent experience at Hotel North Pole was awesome. Friendly staffs who were always there to greet their guests and answer to any questions that we may have had. Our Party of seven will be staying at Hotel North Pole in the month of May this year and thereafter a bigger party will accompany us next year for a wedding function. This only happens when guests leave satisfied saying that their stay was worth their money. To Vinesh Dayal and his hard working team who make things happen, A BIG VINAKA VAKA LEVU from the Chandra's in the United States. 

The beauty of the Friendly North

There don't appear to be many options in Labasa and I let the business I was working for arrange this hotel.  No wifi or TV.  Shower worked.  Room was next door to their food service area and until its closed around 10:30p there was continuous noise from chairs and people, which was very loud.  Luckily with headphones and music I was able to rest.  Room had a small lanai but only view was of main and side street which provided typical view of small agricultural town in Fiji.  Also large generator located on lanai, which powers the hotel during outages and it started running about 11p.  Noise of generator was actually better than noise from receiption and restaurant.  Can not recommend staying here for anyone who is looking for a rest.

Labasa not many options

I was visiting Labasa after nearly 5 years and stayed at the new Northpole. Clean and large rooms, well kept, excellent services. Eating option at the Lunchbox below. Breakfast was included in the package but was just a sandwich and coffee, could be varied.

Best in Labasa

I stayed at hotel northpole for a week (the old hotel) and it was amazing. Staff were very friendly. Though at times the hotel tend to get little noisy due to the cleaners dragging and moving furnitures and you could clearly hear it from a distant.

Clean and neat hotel room

My room had a cubby hole window & I couldn't change rooms as Hotel full. Almost no natural lighting in my bedroom. The complimentary breakfast was inedible - how can you go so very wrong with a toasted egg sandwich? Then I tried a dinner meal that was barely much better. The whole experience marked a new low in hotel accommodation & certainly in low quality food from the kitchen. Front reception was good. Shower had hot water. It was wonderful to get to Savusavu and enjoy great breakfast there. 

Don't stay in Old Hotel 

The best place to stay in Labasa town is the new wing of the North pole Hotel. The food is great with Lunchbox downstairs and the facilities are decent. Staff were good and the room was nice as usual.

The reception place (ambience) can be improved.
