Dark, Dirty, smelly, disgusting.

In a really dodgy looking area, smells of smoke everywhere inside the building including the rooms.

Nothing like the photos posted which have obviously been photoshopped.

You have to pay cash, then when you realise all the bad stuff they just lie and say you never showed up in the first place.

Luckily we took photos of us in the room to prove we showed up.

Dreadful place.  Photos are clearly from a very long time ago.

Worst stay of my life. Filthy rooms, not clean at all, nothing is working right ( tap water, lights), the AC has a really bad smell, i could go on and on.. We couldn't even close one of the doors. Not the mention the smell of the whole house. At least the location was good. I don't recommend it at all. Maybe some years ago it was good but now it's really disgusting.

Don't go here if you want comfort or a good accommodation. Or clean apartments to be honest.

It is experience to stay here. Very charming and original place. it is like to live in a landmark. That is the biggest advantage of the apartment.
Also, it is in a very convenient place. In the heart of the town center (1 minute walk to Mother Theresa museum, 1 minute to the parliament, 5 minutes to central square. 7-10 minutes to Grand Bazaar).
The appartment by itself is convenient and clean. 
Also the owners are very helpful and interesting peaople - artists, who are creating art from their apartments.
Just one minus is that noise isolation is week, and You can hear almost everything from the other numbers.

Charming place to stay

Beautiful room, perfect location. Some confusion about arrival times, but other than that we had a really wonderful time. Goran was extraordinarily courteous--even drove us to the airport himself! Thanks!

Lovely

I stayed with my wife and two children in the largest of the three Dali apartments (called Infinity). What an amazing place, the pictures on their website don't do it justice. The owners (an architect and an artist) took 5 years to renovate and redecorate the three apartments by hand. Our apartment was spread over two floors and has a private elevator from the ground floor right into the apartment. The design is completely over the top and can best be described as Salvador Dali meets Rococo. Huge living space with a kitchen/bar, dinning table, living area and formal dining table. The bed room is upstairs. The only poorly designed part are the bathrooms which could do with an upgrade and are cramped. The location is hard to beat being within walking distance of all the major sights. It's right behind the national parliament off Macedonia street by Mother Teresa house. It comes with free parking which is great but be warned that if you might be blocked in by government employees who have no issue blocking you in (so between 9 and 4 there is a risk you can't leave). Goran the care taker is very nice and helpful.

Like living in a piece of art! Great location

We stayed for 6 nights in the largest of the three flats.  Its a very unusual experience; every surface wierdly decorated, and it is every bit as striking as the photos suggest.  Its a bit like being inside a very strange dream; most people will either love it or hate it.  Well situated in the middle of Skopje, and it is very helpful to have a private parking space.  Shower rather old fashioned for western european standards, but it works.  We had some problems on our first night, but Goran the caretaker worked hard to sort them out as fast as he could.

extraordinary place

We stayed in the mid-sized (50 sq mtr) apartment this time having stayed in the large (100 sq mtr) one previously. For less than the cost of a cramped business hotel room you have the chance to time in  an amazing Dali inspired fantasy. You're inside a unique experience, rather  than a mundane apartment. Located 2 minutes’ walk from Macedonia Square, in a peaceful area, it's in a perfect position for exploring Skopje. No hotel breakfast, sure, but a huge balcony to eat breakfast on, or dozens of cafes a few minutes’ walk away. It has a small but well equipped kitchen. Unbelievable value, especially the last minute deals.
