The hostel is located near the bus station, in the private sector. you can't find it without a navigator yourself - the locals don't know anything about the hostel, there are no signs or directions, the hostel itself is located in an ordinary private house. The hostel itself is small, sort of intended as a family home, but the hostess seemed greedy and not too friendly. Breakfast is included in the room price, but don't count on a feast - they'll count every slice of sugar in the tea and look at you with a scorn.

Hostel near the bus station

The area where we were located is not very beautiful but it is a 10-minute walk from the center. There was a water massage tub, but it was definitely better to have a shower available, much more practical. The lady who received us spoke a great English, friendly and available. Good breakfast, having to leave at 4 a.m. the night before they prepared a packed lunch. Clean and economical. The beds were not very comfortable, but the price was really good. I recommend it to those who have no claims. The big photos here reflect reality.

3 nights in Skopje

This guesthouse is about a 8 to 10 min walk to the center of Skopje along the river.  The room was spacious and clean, and staff quite professional.  Breakfast served was excellent, and the wifi signal was sufficiently strong.  Overall, a very good stay.

Good value

Very bad experience. As the room on the internet was free and I was nearby I went to the Iguana straightaway. There it turned out that the price is much higher than online. I could use app and in seconds reserve a room, but we decided to go to Kej Hostel (3 minutes from the Iguana, clean and tidy). In Kej the price got even lower than that offered by the iguana online and the staff was much more pleasent than Iguana's. Do not ruin your holidays on this hostel!

Kicked out

This place it pretty great. Their included breakfast has cheese, eggs, cold meats, yoghurt and juice. The rooms looked outstanding and were air conditioned. They accept card and the WiFi was very fast.

Downsides were that my bed sheet was covered in dirt and they were quite scratchy  after I cleaned it off. The last at reception was also quite rude to me when I went to pay (she actually said 'young people these days' which almost made me laugh a little, I'm 27).

Overall it was really good. Very recommended.

Pretty good

Stayed in the private apartment at the last floor of the building. Everything was superb: room super-spacious, wifi always ok, magnificent terrace with view on Vardar, breakfast is more than decent.

I really want to thank all the staff and in particular one aged man who woke up in the early morning (5 am) to give us the lunchbox. 
This is a real professional staff!

Best hostel ever

Very good hostel, near to the city center (only 10 min. along the river), Hostel was clean and i think it is quite new object. Quite good breakfast. We had  twin room. Nice and clean bathroom (one bathroom for 3 rooms but we did not meet other guests). Near to the bus station. Neighbourhood do not look nice, but it is safe and we did not have any problems, The staff was very nice. It was the best hostel i have ever stayed in.
Świetny hostel, blisko centrum (10 min wzdłuż rzeki). Bardzo czysty, wygląda na nowy albo świeżo odremontowany). Dobre śniadania w cenie pobytu. Blisko dworca, miła obsługa, okolica wyglada średnio, troche jak biedna boczna uliczka ale była całkiem bezpieczna. Naprawdę polecam. Pobyt w pokoju dwuosobowym.

very good

Although the city is in general, old, this hostel has a recent renovation. Everything is clean, nice, well located and the service is excellent. It has 6 rooms, spread out over 3 floors above the dining room/reception/common area. The first floor has a large bedroom with 10 beds, living room, and two impeccable showers. The toilet is outside my room. The brochure says that the second floor has three double rooms, and the third double. We are traveling three, and we are on the first floor, the final price has been 800 dinos macedonios, that is, just over 13 euros, so that we are sure to host one of the best hostels in the city. The room has perfectly separated individual tables and car keys with English keys.
