Great value for money, very good location. Small rooms but very clean. Host Vladimir is nice person with nice haircut and good local food products. Other stuff is polite too. Close to all important sightseen in Skopje. Breakfast in the bakery next door. 

Great value for money

Hotel is small family run hotel, approx 20 minutes walk from Centar. Very handy for Vodno as bus stops right outside hotel. in residentail, shop area, few other hotels around. Rooms are basic but clean and bright. Filtered water on landing very useful. Three bakeries a one minute walk away.  Best thing about hotel is the lovely owner who is incredibly helpful and will go out of his way to help you with recommendations about where to go and eat. 

family trip

We arrived around 10 pm and Vladimir, the owner, waited us patiently at the hotel. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment as the sign is not that visible at the night but actually the entrance at the main road. We had free car parking and Vladimir helped us since the parking is quite small. He informed us about Skopje and Ohrid and gave us some tipps which were very useful. The location is good, pretty close to the center. We walked around 15 minutes to the main square. With the price we got, the room facilities were good and complete. In the morning, it is so easy to find food for breakfast as they are many shops nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Nice affordable hotel close to city center

We find some lower reviews a bit harsh. You are staying in a basic hotel and paying a basic price so you should provide a review versus these parameters. 

The hotel is a bit dated but in a charming manner, it is very clean, tidy and the rooms are spacious. There is a TV (showing english) and the normal mod-cons provided. There is communal hot water for teas and coffees in the hallway (from the water cooling machine! I burnt my hand as I did not believe this was a thing!) 

The lady at the desk is super friendly and accommodationg - she sorted us a taxi at 4am and at local prices. Breakfast is recommended at the bakery next door, where we both got a pastry as big as our heads and a coffee for only €3.She informed us about life in North Macedonia, life, culture, earnings, views and therefore provided an excellent start point for us to explore Skopje, only 10-15 minutes walk away. 

There is a taxi rank outside for convenience, along with shops to buy water, crisps etc. 

The room is very well air conditioned, critical as it was 35 degrees during our stay in Skopje! 

The one negative is it was easy to hear the traffic, when you have a 4am taxi but we managed in the end. I expect however that this family run business can accommodate your request if it is important to wake up early to have a different room perhaps. 

Overall a superb stay and a place that thoroughly deserves to do well as an excellent value, ideally located family business!

We only stayed here one night, but it was really great. Nice, clean room with best service offered by a really nice helpful lady, great location, closet toate the city centre. We really enjoyed the city and the hotel. I recommend!

Great place

If you want to get very nice service in the center of Skopje, just 10 min walking from the city square, whatever you'll ask the owners will give you the answer. nice rooms, quiet most of the times, just the mornings can be little busy, but hey who is staying in the room all day? get outside and walk. they can arrange you transfer from the airport too, or the short trips to Matka, Ohrid and other places in Macedonia. highly recommended, rooms very clean and breakfast is nice too.

Great location, owners extremely helpful and friendly

The staff at this hotel go out of their way to help you in any way possible.  The hot water and beverages in the hall are a great plus.  It was great to be able to walk to the center very easily also.  The only negative was the rooms toward the hospital/clinic and the loud honking and sirens every morning beginning at 6 am.  Breakfast is nice in the burek place next door, just no place to sit and eat.  I would recommend this hotel, but ask for an inside room.
