I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights. The room wasn’t the biggest but it was comfortable and well equipped with a decent sized bathroom. The design of the hotel was rather peculiar with lifts and floors not seeming to quite match up! The breakfast selection wasn’t too bad. The location was good near the bazaar and a short walk to the main sights of the city.

It was a great experience for us. Location is really near to all central points across the city. Room was quite clean.

Truly dreadful. I never complain about hotels but this place is a real piece of work. We paid for a superior room with Jacuzzi spa and when we checked in the bathroom floor was flooded. We told the staff who arranged for someone to come and clean up and all was well. Until we came back from a days exploring and tried to use the jacuzzi. Sewage water came up through the floor drains and flooded the bathroom. I told the lady at the front desk who was very nice and sent the manager up to our room to investigate. When Macedonian Basil Fawlty arrived, he proceeded to tell me that this is normal and that its not an issue. When I advised him that I didn't think wading through inches of sewage to use the loo was normal he accused us of causing the flooding ourselves and became rude to the point that I had to ask him to leave the room. I felt sorry for the poor girl on the front desk who clearly has to deal with the mans rudeness to guests on a regular basis. In addition the rooms are tired and in desperate need of some tlc. There was hole in our bed, led lighting peeling away from the wall (all of which I would probably have overlooked tbh)

Do not stay here!!

This is what I’d call a “wow” hotel.  The staff was phenomenal from check in to check out.  They even prepared a nice breakfast bag to go as I left at 1 am for the airport. The room was very nice with excellent WiFi.  Next door to the hotel was the Old Bazaar for many shopping and dining opportunities.  I met the son of the owner who was equally as impressive as he shared the long term vision for the hotel.  They are growing and exceeding because of the exceptional staff at all levels of the organization.  Congrats!  Highly recommended without an exception

Decor a bit tatty, small duvet in a double bed that was quite hard & with lumpy pillows. Floor was laminate which was chipped. Safe in room was not secured to the wall & unusable. But there was a kettle & coffee sachets. WiFi worked fine, it was clean. No toiletries except soap in a dispenser. Breakfast had a good selection of average quality.

Basic, get what you pay for no luxury.

Right next to the old bazaar this hotel seems to be sandwiched into its location. Rooms are large with good Wi-Fi, large tv, minibar and coffee making. Bathroom has a good shower. Beds are large but are quite hard as mattress is on hard wooden base. There is some traffic noise. There is a large staircase to the first floor with no lift, so for people with heavy luggage this could be a challenge.

This hotel has very weird architecture and construction
Their lift only stops at floors 1, 3 and 5
So if you are staying in rooms on floor 2 or 4 then either you go down one stairs or you go upstairs and you have to carry your heavy luggage with you 
The breakfast is ok but rooms are so tiny that you can’t even open your bag 
In short I will avoid this hotel if you have any other choice
