The Owner is very friendly and helpful. He has several properties in excellent condition, new furniture and great locations, especially those in Bulevard Turistička!!! Some of the flats has 3 tv's with a lot channels to watch. Spotless clean apartments in great locations leave you the wish to come back again and again...

Very Satisfied

I would not recommend this accommodation at all. Infact in my opinion please don’t book any of the accommodations offered by Mr. Petreski (he owns around 17 accommodations in Ohrid so be careful).
Firstly the pictures are not true representation of his apartment - he has uploaded the same pictures for all his apartments (may be has has 1 good apartment somewhere and uses pictures of this apartments to advertise and rent out his other apartments).
We had booked his apartment which he claimed was at the main square. We reached there at the agreed time but Mr. Petreski was around 20 min late. When he arrived, he informed us that he will provide us another apartment instead of the one that we had booked and that it was better than the one we had booked + was only 10-15 min walk from main square. We were really tired of waiting so we didn’t argue with him.
When we reached the place, we realized that though the apartment was closer to the waterfront but it was not exactly what we had in mind - it was a super clumsy studio apartment (it was so small that we found it difficult to even open both of our strolly at the same time).
When we reached the apartment, Mr. Petreski asked my husband to take out his phone and open booking.com app. Before we could understand what was happening, he literally grabbed my husband’s phone and cancelled our booking on the App and said that since you are staying here and the other apartment is available (which we had actually booked), I am freeing it so that someone else could book it. We were kind of shocked because of which we couldn’t react and honestly we wanted to pay him and get rid off him as soon as possible because he seemed super fishy.
Anyway we booked another accommodation from booking.com and moved there after a day.
Since this is clearly a case of cheating (uploading wrong apartment images, making the guest stay in smaller apartment that they had not booked and forcing the guest to cancel the booking made through booking.com) we are going to report this case.

Owner is a cheater

The apartment we stayed at was really good. Good beds, nice applications (Bosch) in the kitchen. Balconies on both sides. Two bathrooms (plenty hot water) one with a washing machine. Host was very helpful. Not on the beach, but just next to the main shopping street that leads to the beach.

Spacey luxurious apartment.

We booked the deluxe 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is very spacious and it has everything you can wish for.
Two bedrooms, the smaller with its own bathroom with shower, the big one with a double and a single bed.  Big closets and TV in both bedrooms.
The main bathroom is huge, with a double bathtub and a shower and a washing machine. 
The living area has a comfortable sofa, big TV, big dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Stove, dishwasher, big refrigerator and pretty much all the appliances or utensils you could probably need.
The whole apartment is new and modern and the most important very very clean. A lot of natural light as well. 
Location is ideal. 5 min walk from the market, restaurants and the lake.
Finally, the best feature of this hotel is its owner, Borce. Extremely helpful, kind and friendly, he will make everything he can to make your stay pleasant. We were travelling with a baby and his help was really important. Thank you Borce! You are amazing!
Overall, probably the best place to stay in Ohrid!

The best place to stay in Ohrid!

The apartments are very nice. Situated right outside the old town, on the main road (easy to find). There are shops, cafes and restaurants within minutes walk. Lake is not far either. The apartments are well equipped and nicely furnished. Also, the "staff" are helpful and easy to reach.
