Nice room-only facility with reserved come-and-go parking for 10 EUR per day.  Room was very spacious and nice big double bed. 

Bit odd that we were told the heating was turned off by the owner as they were away and so we needed an electric heater delivered to the room. There is under floor heating, which is nice but doesn't really warm the room

Bathroom was a bit tatty and the overhead shower was installed in such a way it wouldn't really cover you with water.

Note reception not always staffed, so be aware if arriving late. But once checked in you have an electronic tag to come and go when the reception is closed.

There are two mini-markets very close by for stocking up on food etc

Nice balcony overlooking the lake, although there was an ashtray fully of used cigarettes that wasn't removed in the three days we were there.

Would recommend, but note no on-site food at all, but plenty of places very close by to get breakfast and the town is about a 5-6 min walk away to get dinner.

After changing hotel because the first was terrible we arrived here with a spacious and clean room and a fantastic view on the lake

What a view

Nice hotel situated right on the lakefront, about 8 minutes walk from the centre of town. Certainly a bit quieter than the hotels in the very lively town. We had a wonderfully swish and luxurious room with a balcony with a side view of the lake. A large double bed plus comfy armchair sofa bed. TV with hundreds of channels. Decent breakfast, friendly staff. Good value for money and highly recommended!

Lovely luxurious rooms

From the outside this hotel looks very beautiful - white rendered building, and colourful flower pots that hang from the balcony. It has the right appeal of what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

We booked Villa Dea as we wanted to extend our stay in Ohrid and unfortunately, the hotel we had booked did not have availability. We chose to stay at Villa Dea after having previously seen this hotel on our first trip to Ohrid.

Location - Directly opposite lake ohrid and is approx. 10 min walk from city centre.

We booked a superior room with lake view. The room was spacious and semi-clean however, the carpet was stained and the bathroom had a sewage like smell every time you walked in. 

Breakfast - I cannot say anything nice about what was served, it was awful! The breakfast room is a very lifeless space that is not utilised all day/run as a bar restaurant. The food was absolutely terrible. I don't know how the owners of this hotel aren't ashamed of themselves for even thinking that what is being served comes anywhere close to acceptable. The food on offer is basically pre-packaged items that are then re-stored and re-used the following day. Even the coffee was undrinkable. 

What was really sad is that you could tell the employees are embarrassed of what is served.

The view from our room was breathtaking and the balcony is big enough to enjoy a cold beer or glass of vine whilst you enjoy the sun set. This is the only good thing about this hotel which is not enough to make me want to return to this hotel.

- Needs urgently renovation (holes in the ceiling and waterspots) old showers, ….
- Staff can really improve on customers' service
- You cannot pay with a visa or other credit card, only cash!!??
- A hand written receipt.....
- Breakfast can be improved (but the lady was friendly)
- Hospitality  is missing here

Good location but thats all what we can say

We booked this place two weeks ago and they cancelled today, one day before we were supposed to go. The explanation was that a good friend of their owner wanted to stay instead. We are completely disappointed and please stay away from this place if you want to have a relaxed time in Ohrid.

The hotel is easy to find and the parking good. It faces on to the loch and is generally well appointed

The was VERY current, impeccably clean, and thoroughly modern - its the sort of place which wealthy travelers (above my class) could enjoy, and even stay for an extended period of time. This is just 50m from the lakeside boardwalk, but perhaps a half a mile from the heart of the city - which is really the only downside While there are restaurants up and down the boardwalk, most of the choices, and the heart of the city, are just a little walk out of the way... the location is really its only inconvenience (and a small one at that).

GREAT hotel - tiny sacrifice on location

The hotel is placed on the coastal street - excellent location for city view/walk. It wasn't noisy because of the period (Apr), but the room has good isolation and it's air-conditioned. The staff was very kind as well. I'm considering second trip.

Excellent

Just stayed at the hotel this past weekend with my gf. Very convenient location. The property is right by the lake, and the view from our room was awesome! The only downside to the hotel is the TV in the room. It's one of those old chunky type with distorted colors and poor images. Not too big of of a deal though. Hotel staffs are very nice, the receptionist even offered me a discount voucher for future stay. Will definitely go back.
