Room service is prompt, and you can savor authentic Ethiopian coffee prepared by Hilina and Sara. The restaurant’s menu might not change daily, but the meals remain consistently flavorful. Noteworthy Details (★★★★★) Outstanding Staff: Front desk stars like Masho, Natnael, Bizu, and Meron excel in hospitality. Masho, in particular, stands out with her kindness and attention to detail. Maintenance: Afeworki ensures everything runs smoothly, and if you need anything fixed or adjusted, he’s there in no time. Cleanliness & Allergies: If you have allergies, rest assured the housekeeping team keeps everything impeccably tidy. Family-Like Atmosphere: The entire staff treats guests more like friends or family, making you feel right at home for the duration of your stay. 24/7 Services: With all-day dining, attentive security, and an on-call team, it’s hard not to feel pampered. Overall Rating (★★★★★) I usually switch hotels every few days when traveling to Ethiopia, but once I settled into Blue Birds International Hotel, I didn’t want to leave.
