South Gate Hotel Apartment

I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. I reported minor damage to a floor tile & this was repaired within 30 minutes & checked by Mr Sirak. Very efficient. The hotel is in Bole region, in South Gate Plaza. There's a barber on the 3rd floor (so convenient).There are plenty of local places to eat & drink (juice bars etc). I tried a couple places, but nothing compared to restaurant in South Gate. It was actually cheaper than some outside places. The restaurant and bar area has several screens & I was able to watch football whilst enjoying my food. Good portion sizes & quality food, which also tasted nice. I highly recommend eating there. They prepared the food to my dietary needs. Special thanks to Mr Sirak and the rest of the team for looking after me. Special mention to Tigist & Usman who also helped me during my stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel & will be staying there the next time I'm in Addis.
