We had a very spacious and cozy room with very comfortable beds. We had a very spacious and cozy room with a very comfortable bed. We had a sofa, a table for lunch, a kitchen corner where you could cook food. There were pots, a teacup, a stew. A large shower room, there was a bathroom, but it didn't work. Just a huge terrace with beds, you can have sunbathing and enjoy the silence and the singing of birds. We didn't have any luck, there was a shower at the same time.

It's a nice house in the woods.

Booked rooms more than one week in advance. We were asked to pay right away - we paid. We arrived at the appointed time (14:00), as a result, no one could check us in until 17:30.

They called the common number, which is indicated on their page and they told us that they did not know what number we would have and when it would be prepared, and also asked not to call. The service staff is rude.

In the end, our room was prepared, our room was washed with a bed rag and then the basement stinks.

If you don't care so much about people, then close your office and go live in a cave where you will not be touched!

Horrible place with uncompetitive personal

The room was very spacious, modern and clean. It has everything you need for a self-catering stay. Bed was so cozy! 
We had a room with sauna and it was really great!
As there was no snow (winters in Estonia are getting worse every year) we couldn't ski (why we booked at first) so we really enjoyed taking walks around the area (plenty to see and everything is close by) and enjoying sauna nights.
Also, view from the balcony was beautiful. On first night we saw sunset! Should be really magical in summer.

Only one issue: the sound isolation. Walls are thin and at first night it was hard to fall asleep as we heard snoring coming from next room. Also it was not really hard to hear people talking next door.

Overall a really great place for a really good price! Definitely recommended!

Good value for money

We went to a biathlon cup with friends, picked a cheap hotel, and offered this.One simple room, another with a sauna, terrace, mini-kitchen.Reviews were good.We went.PRECENT hotel.It's new, everything is clean, neat, everything works, the sauna is heated in 20 minutes, if you wanted to get up, it wouldn't have worked.

There's a nice bed, two blankets on a double-bill, thank you. There's a teapot and cups and glasses. Wifi works great. The hotel is almost in the middle of this small town, there's a supermarket where you can buy everything. There's no place to cook. There's a car park, free of charge. There's no breakfast, and the reception, the ones when the questions arose - the girls weren't there anymore, and there was no one to ask them) There's an electric teapot, but it's very dirty inside.

Beautiful villa, quiet place, free parking, sauna in the apartment, fridge, plate, TV without Russian channels, big balcony, no breakfast, cash only, no declared wifi, call the manager on arrival and he'll tell you your room number, keys to the door.

We stayed at this hotel on our short trip through Estonia. It's a very nice and quiet town. The hotel is very well located on the edge of it on a high slope. We had a two-level family room with a sauna. The room itself is very spacious, new furniture, a large balcony from which you can admire the sunset. The beds are very comfortable, new bedding. The small kitchen has everything you need. On each floor there is a TV. The Internet.

Estonian holidays

We stayed in the guest house for four nights, the room was spacious, clean and warm, without chic, but with all the necessities, very convenient even if you didn't come by car, a pleasant and unobtrusive host, speaking Russian.

It's not fancy, but it's all there is to it.

We stayed at this place just for one night, during our visit to Kuutsemae resort, and we liked everything. Our room was very small but clean, towels and sheets are new. Staff mostly speak Russian. Hotel is located right on the lake and the view is really nice. The pub is located on the first floor, but we didn't heard noise in our room. I wouldn't stay at this place for a week, but for 1-2 nights is very good. We payed 40 euros for double room with breakfast.

Good value

The hotel has an independent guest house in Otepää located near the lake This place is fantastic - quiet and quiet. It is nice to walk around the lake when it is not high season - there is no snow, yet so hot. We had a nice clean room, no problems and misunderstandings with the staff. It is very convenient that you can have dinner right at the bar. Good morning, in the evening at the bar to drink a good Estonian beer) There is a desire to come here in winter for skiing
