El hotel es bastante bueno y el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar; sin embargo, es importante que se revise el desagüe de las regaderas ya que el agua se sale. La familia ocupó 3 habitaciones y en todas pasó lo mismo; el agua se salía al bañarse. El personal reaccionó muy bien y mandó a revisar pero no lograron arreglarlo totalmente. Nos compensaron con un check out mas tarde y con desayunos gratis.

The outdoor dining venue, Azura Panoramic Lounge - will be closed from 1.07.2025 until 30.09.2025. However, the hotel has 3 other venues available for the half-board/full board dine around where guests can dine: Villa Toscana, Terrace on the Corniche and Cabana Beach Bar & Grill.
The pool is open from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
As the hotel now entered the Summer season, there is a temporary adjustment to the buffet lunch service in Terrace on the Corniche, for Half Board and Full Board guests. In order to better align with current demand, the hotel will be transitioning the buffet restaurant at lunch time, to a set menu format for the duration of the summer season, until further notice. For the Half-Board and Full-Board guests, the set menu will include: 1 salad, 1 soup, 1 main and 1 dessert.
