Front desk is open 24/7. From November to April, only the all-inclusive concept is valid, and an additional fee is charged for all imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices and Turkish coffee that are not related to this concept.

Beach towels can be obtained at the reception for EUR 10.00 by presenting a towel deposit card.
