En virtud de los nuevos procedimientos de inmigración, vigentes a partir del 1 de mayo de 2025, todas las personas extranjeras que entren en Tailandia por aire, tierra o mar deberán completar el formulario en línea de la Tarjeta de Llegada Digital de Tailandia (TDAC) en el sitio web oficial de la Oficina de Inmigración de Tailandia tres días antes de la llegada.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Electric usage is not included in the price and will be charged at 7 baht/kw (only for a Three-bedroom apartment). Water usage is included in the price. Cleaning service during the stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. The cost is 1800 baht per time. Cleaning includes linen and towel change. Book 48hrs in advance by contacting the host.
