Florina

Fantastic roof top bar. This hotel is in the heart of the town. Lots of beautiful restaurants are close by. Excellent value for money. The bedrooms look like they have been recently renovated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends if they were visiting Florina.

Great value for your money

Excellent family hotel with great breakfast buffet and very polite staff. Florina is a nice and quite town with great food and very close to the ski resort of Pisoderi and sights like Prespes lakes, the traditional village Nimfeo and the bear refuge Arktouros.

Weekend at Florina

I was impressed with this hotel given that it is in an area of Greece that doesn't get a lot of tourists.  My room was a good size and it was clean.  The air conditioning had some issues but, the staff were able to either give tips on how to work the units so that they didn't breakdown.  My bathroom had a bathtub but, some rooms had showers, which were small and coming from North America we had to get used to that.  The breakfast was the only thing that I think could have been a bit better.  It was a buffet and the basics were always available (boiled eggs, toast, cheese, yogourt, coffee etc.) but, it seemed like the hot food was never replenished.  The initial pots of food were served at 7am and if you got to breakfast for 9am you would get whatever was left over from 7am.  They should also think of presenting fruit on a large platters instead of putting it in small containers.  I realize this area is not very popular area for tourists but, if the hotel wants to get more visitors they should think of improving the breakfast presentation.  The location of this hotel is great because it is in the heart of the town and close to the shops and restaurants.  Otherwise, the staff are very friendly and helpful, which made the stay very enjoyable.  Thanks to Yannis for his help and great service.

Nice hotel, good service

Let's get right into it:

The bed - Pretty soft and comfortable 

The View - I personally do not care about the view but I can't say it had a pretty beautiful one.. My room had a view of another house's balcony.In the roofgarden however,the view was amazing!!!

The Reception - Kind and Helpful with everything we asked them,they also helped us with the suitcases.

How clear was it? Pretty Clean and it smelled real nice.I noticed that the cleaner comes every day and cleans the toilet and the floor.The toilet also  had a label saying "disinfected"!

The Location : Picked just for that.. real close to the center and most shops

Noise : The sound isolation was not so nice and I could hear everything the people in the next room did..

Breakfast : Tasty,fresh and just wonderful!

To sum up,the hotel is the best choice if you want to be close to the center.Clean,tidy and very kind staff.

Pretty decent

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of lovely Florina. Only booked a single room but it was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a glorious view of the mountains from the balcony. Fabulous place to stay. 

Fabulous place to stay in Florina 

The hotel is very easy to access, but I regret that there is no parking. But there is always the possibility to park motorbikes in the street just in front of the reception entrance. The rooms are clean. The comfort is basic but nothing more with a slightly aging décor. The bathroom is just functional. The breakfast is fine but nothing more. The decor requires to be updated.

Stage Hotel

3 star and more than adequate for either a short stay.
Shower was a little small and so difficult to use...towels have seen better days.  
Can't fault location or service. 
Breakfast was good..
Overall good price value equation. My second stay and will stay again.


Perfect rates and perfect location

Lingos was chosen for the location and size.  We had booked two twin rooms although they were on different floors.  It was not ideal but only a level apart and we felt comfortable and secure at this hotel.  It is stuck in the sixties as decor is concerned but very clean.  The only issue we had was with the difficult air conditioner controls were not very easy to use and even when assisted, didnt work properly for the most part.  Breakfast was held in a conference type room and adequate.  The hightlight was the roof top bar.  We had relos visit us there, they knew of it immediately and as the Soccer was on, we had great time watching games on the big screen with some friends we met from Adelaide.  They served great cocktails and had a cute kids section with marshmellows, ice cream etc.  The view from the roof top was super and it was such a great convenience not to have to go out anywhere when we had free time.  For any failings, this made up for them in spades, its their jewel.  A new and friendly gymnasium was about three minute walk, I think this was called Sports House.

I've been in this hotel for two nights and I must say I've been very well... it's very clean and the staff is kind and available... in the middle of the town.

Pleasant

It's a hotel that's lived in but the staff is welcoming and the rooms are comfortable. It's well located in the heart of an amazing city. The rooms are big enough, even for four.
