Todos los ciudadanos colombianos, independientemente de la duración de su estancia, así como todos los ciudadanos extranjeros que permanezcan en el país al menos durante 60 días consecutivos, están obligados a pagar un impuesto nacional a las ventas (19 %) sobre el alojamiento durante su estancia.
