It is prohibited to hold entertainment or noisy events in the apartments; silence is required from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

If facts of violation are established, it is possible to bring the competent authorities to administrative responsibility (an explanation at local law enforcement centers and the payment of a significant fine).

Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time and to contact the property regarding booking details. The cost in Russian rubles indicated on the website when booking is approximate and is calculated at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, which is not relevant in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
