Fantastic location. Good price. DO NOT BOOK ON EXPEDIA. We had a less than desirable experience where we had booked on Expedia and showed up at 11pm and the owner had no reservation for us because he doesn't use Expedia. (He does use Booking.com. ) He was able to accommodate us and we then were able to extend our stay. Owner, Joe is great. He doesn't appear to be that friendly, but he is. He just has to deal with high maintenance tourists all day. You're on a beach in Vietnam, enjoy yourself and don't complain about stupid things. He is American/Vietnamese which makes communicating in English and Vietnamese very easy for him. The ex Pats that belly up at the bar each night are entertaining and interesting to hang out with. We enjoyed their company (Hi Jerry and Adam!) Rooms are big, clean, quiet. Beach towels were provided which was an excellent amenity. Breakfast and the good Vietnamese coffee included. We walked the beach several times and came to the conclusion that his property (especially for the price) was definitely the best.
