Was passing through Hue and needed an affordable place to stay a few nights. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast and Cafe Sua Da in the morning made the stay extra special for the price i was paying a night.

it had everything I needed. Clean bath, clean linens, comfortable bed, good attentive staff, good location.

I booked a room with breakfast included... the staff is kind and helpful (they speak English).. also if you ask.. they can provide you with transportation service to the tourist spots in Hue so you can save lot of time and hassle.

The staff are wonderful, so helpful and such genuinely nice people.The breakfast was amazing with so much choice and the welcome drink on arrival was so unexpected and a delicious fresh mango juice!

Such a lovely stay, very helpful and friendly staff, knowledgeable and willing to assist you in every need. Absolutely recomendable

kind staffs, simple but enough breakfast, rental bike service..everything was good. Especially receptionist lady! she gave us a lot of informations and help for booking transportation as well. the room was clean but little humid, dark.

This hotel is convenient to the Imperial palace.They arranged for a moped for me and bus tickets to my next destination.They also upgraded me to a larger room with a balcony which was very kind!For the price, staff and location I gave it many stars. Remember it is an old hotel so if you are looking for a "hilton" style for a hostel price you will be disappointed.  As for me, it was just what I needed for a very good price.  Cheers

Good location, friendly staff, nice and clean hotelroom.

The most enjoyable stay we have had so far whilst travelling south east Asia. Staff were so friendly and helpful making the stay that much more enjoyable. Room was cute the whole place just seemed to have a homely style about it which is nice when you are far from home. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Great short stay. Staff were simply amazing and accommodating, gave us tips of things to do and always made sure we were taken care of. Stayed in a dorm and the Bed was a bit hard but that wasant a huge issue. Only downfall was that I booked through Expedia for a certain price to arrive and be told the discount didn’t apply so I had to pay for an extra night. I tried getting in contact with expedia but with no luck as there’s no email simply phone numbers I can’t use as I don’t have a sim.

Value for money. Superb breakfast, super friendly helpful staff. We stayed in the old building in the top floor room 401. We were the only people in the whole building, its a tad run down but the top floor room is full of old world charm, double size, great view. Road nise is a issue but for what you get for what you pay, Bargin. We were offered a rolm in the newer building but we wanted the big old top floor room and we were happy with dession. Breakfast top 3 in all our travels.

Had a great stay in Hue Boutique Hotel. The staff here is incredible, they go out of the way to make you feel happy and are proactive, polite and speak great english.The hotel is located in one of the main streets of the city, with bars and restaurants all nearby. The citatel is not far and you can easily walk to it, as well as to the night market.The staff really helped us decide our itinerary for the days we would stay in Hue and explained the pros and cons of each site with details and care.The breakfast is really good with a small but fulfilling menu to choose from. You can eat as much as you like of anything in the menu.We were upgraded to their best room on our check in and it had a nice balcony and view of the city.It is a budget hotel, so don't expect amenities. It's simple but well taken care of and worth the price. Would definitely stay again.

Great value for money, incredible staff

Value for money. Quiet and convenient location. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit. Confortable bed. Walking distance to citadel.

Husband and wife were very friendly. They offered a lot of help and advice for where to go and how to go. The room was good. Bed was a bit hard but that’s a personal preference. Overall it is in a good location and I would return.
