Suoi Tien Mui Ne Resort

Very nice, cozy beach bungalows for a good price in the middle of Phan Tiet.
The ambiance is very laid back and not as stuffy as a lot of other places.
The Vietnamese owner speaks both English and French and is very helpful!

We stayed in ST for almost two weeks, and loved our time there. It is clean (being cleaned every day), good facilities, direct exit to the beach with kite school/equipment just in front. The owner is so friendly and caring, she was like mother to us - making sure we were safe and comfortable, giving advises, etc. She is adorable! I had a friend visiting who was not staying in ST, but she was so nice to him and welcoming as if he was a vip guest :)
Overall, I'd definitely recommend ST, it's a good value and feels like  at home.

My husband and I have stayed here a few times and plan to come back! We love the location and the staff are absolutely wonderful - always smiling, willing to help any way they possibly can. The resort has a nice intimate feel, you get to know others who are staying there as well. There was a small party the resort was having and they invited us for the fun. Great time!

I have stayed many times. Madame Hang and her family run a pleasant, clean, relaxed, family and dog friendly hotel. It's in town and has beachfront access, a great restaurant, pool and gardens. Kiteschool on the beach. The rooms are a little tired and dated but clean and reasonably priced.

Eventhough this resort looks old but clean and peaceful. The owner told us to watch out traffice police on the way to their resort.

Prompt service and Daily cleaning when we went out or request to change the bed sheet or towels. 

Hotel should renew some facilities in room such as water tap, doors... so on to welcome new customers.

The resort is not fancy and you can probably get a better deal elsewhere, depending on your needs but the location is perfect (at the beach) and the staff super friendly and helpfull. 
The beds are clean and comfortable and so is the bathroom. 
Access to the beach goes via the resort so people (mainly surfers heading to the kitesurf school in front of the resort) walk by but it’s not disturbing at all. 
Would stay here again!

Having returned for various holidays in Vietnam Suoi Tien is our favorite place to stay, the staff are lovely, location is great, right on the beach rooms are well kept and we can't wait to come back!

Perfect little beach bungalows!!

Well located, good value family run hotel

Paid for 7 nights here, but left after 5 nights.

The entrance to the resort looks really rundown, and this is the general feeling throughout the place to be honest, the rooms being very outdated.

The A/C unit in my room was probably the oldest in SE Asia, and hadn't been cleaned for many years, per the deep layer of filth upon the grill, across which the air was blowing into the room. Not a pleasant sight

The immediate impression I got upon arrival & during my stay was that the place was only being kept open only until a big money offer for the land came in & the owners would sell up, therefore no point in spending any money on maintaining the place really.

Location is great, right on the beach, and there are plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. The laundry shop across the road was excellent, a 3 hr wash & dry service for just 20k per kilo which is incredibly fast.

Only 5 rooms or so of the 40 odd were occupied during my stay, however there were constantly people walking through the place to/from the beach during the day, therefore I didn't feel comfortable leaving anything outside the room

The staff were good, and the handyman guy who came to look at & fix all the various problems was excellent, loved his reaction when he saw where I had cleaned a small part of the filthy A/C grill, to show how dirty it was. Very dirty he agreed
