This property was the best! Very quiet, clean and AC was strong. Lily was an amazing host and helped us with everything. Breakfast was great and the location is perfect to explore Ninh Bing.

We are a Vietnamese couple living in the US and visiting Vietnam. During our stay at this homestay, we had a wonderful experience. Lily, the owner, is very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and felt like home. The breakfast was delicious and customized to our preferences. She helped us book tours, train tickets, and transportation. She even packed some snacks and fruits for us when we were leaving. She also provided free bicycles for us to ride around and gave excellent recommendations on places to visit. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Lily

Our stay was lovely at Tam Coc Lily Homestay. Our hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Tam Coc is very noisy so it was nice to stay here, cycle out to the fields and explore. We didn’t have long here so we used grab to get to and from places quickly, otherwise if your here longer you can hire a scooter from the property easily, or even better cycle for a lovely slow paced explore. We were fed very well each morning and nothing was too much for our host, she even got her teapot out just for us (my other half can’t survive without this morning pot of tea) Huge thank you!

Staff at the hotel were very helpful and very friendly, it has been the best place I have stayed when travelling the country.The room was also great and was very spacious and clean, also a wide range of breakfast choices. Would highly recommend this hotel in Tam Coc.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Of all the places we have been over 7 months in Southeast Asia, this is the one place I felt actually went above and beyond in terms of customer service! We enjoyed the free bikes and appreciated Lily giving us a map of things to do in the area. She also arranged our sleeper bus, while allowing us to stay in a vacant room that day. She literally put us on the bus and i'm so grateful for a positive experience.  The room was clean, but is worth noting the bathroom can be smelly. If this is a concern for you, i'm sure you could address it with her. I gladly recommend this family run business.

Lily and her husband were the best hosts! The check in was so fast and Lily gave us advice on where things were in the area. She makes breakfast to order from a lovely menu and the food was delicious. The room was super clean, spacious, and quiet. She gave us free bicycles to use right away. We also rented scooters from them for just $5 per day. Her husband taught us how to use them and made sure we were comfortable and safe. They let us store our bags until our night bus came after check out and gave us coffee and bananas while we waited in the lobby for the night pickup. I would definitely stay here again. If you want to be well taken care of during your trip to Ninh Binh stay here!

The room was a lot bigger than I expected. The hostess was very friendly and knowledgeable. The policy of no flushing TP caught me off guard but it’s a minor hiccup. Scooters and bicycles were readily available. The homemade breakfasts were worth it.

Lily and her husband are so nice and couldn’t do enough for us. The location is perfect for getting around. The hosts helped us get around the area and told us of the places for us to see, they also organised a day trip for us.

Tam Coc Lily Homestay was a great location for visiting Ninh Binh.  The owner “Lily” rents out scooters that you can use to go to Pho Co Hoa Lu (city centre) .  It was a short scooter ride to the boat rides to visit the caves “World Heritage site”.  It was a short walk from the homestay to the boat ride “town” in Tam Coc Bich Dong for rice parties fields. It was a partial rainy day but as a tourist, you make the best of it. People there were wonderful.  Breakfast at Tam Coc Lily was great, choice of hot noodle soup, Vietnamese rice rolls (Banh Cuon) and fresh fruits and coffee/juice.  Lily was a great host.Overall, great place and I would recommend!

The owners at this place were simply amazing. They helped us with booking transportation to Hanoi, gave rec’s for places to eat/visit in the area and went out of their way to help us out any way possible. Another nice perk was having free bicycles to take for the day. They also have scooters to rent (~$5USD) as well. The room and property were all very clean. Our room was quiet and spacious as well. Would def recommend this property.

Wow property and the best service we received from Lily and her husband.  Delicious fresh homemade breakfast every morning.  Plenty of fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice daily.  Lily’s made sure her guests were always happy and catered to their every need.  She organized our transportation for the night sleeper bus to Hue and even  took us to bus stop herself.  Amazing experience and customer service.   I can’t wait to come back to this beautiful hotel with very large and comfortable rooms with balcony view.

This was one of our favourite stays in Veitnam, and we were there for 3 weeks. The price was very reasonable for a spacious and spotless room. Close walking distance from Tam Coc, it is a great location, as doesn’t have the hustle and bustle of being right in Tam Coc. The hosts are amazing, very friendly and kind. They gave us a cheat sheet and suggestions of what to do in Tam Coc (how to avoid parking fees etc). They have pedal bikes, free of use and great services and tasty breakfast. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

The owner, Lily, made sure that everything went well for our stay. After a long day of travel we were welcomed with ginger tea in our room. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. We used the free pedal bikes to visit some nearby sights and the following day we rented a motorcycle from Lily and saw some places further away. Lily even offers a laundry service so you don't have to look for one elsewhere. On our final day she arranged a taxi to take us to the train station and gave us a bag of snack food for our journey.  I can't say enough good things about this homestay, it was amazing.

I consider myself a princess when it comes to where I stay. We like to stay at large 5* hotels, so I was a bit leery of  at a home stay. I would say Lily’s place surpassed all of the 5* hotels I have stayed at. Lily and her husband went over and above with everything they did for us They pampered us our whole stay 1 Booked our tours2   Offered bicycles for us to ride3. Provided quick laundry service4.  Always giving us snacks 5. Booked our transfer to Hanoi6.  Cooking us a great breakfast Our friend needed a bank machine and right away her husband put my friend on the back of his motorbike and drove him there. Like I said they totally went above our expectations Excellent place to stay
