I find some of the negative reviews difficult to understand as my experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment of arrival the staff we friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Khanh Hoa at reception for her exceptional service. We found the accommodation very adequate and had all the necessary facilities to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant food and service was of a high standard and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Would I come again. YES
