English speaking, friendly staff.Best rooms are 501, 601, 503, 603: these are rooms with balconies and views. Some renewal of rooms is advised. This is a valuable bulding site slated POSSIBLY for destruction with new 5 star hotel on it. This could explain the lack of upgrading such as paint &paper in the rooms.
