The Thanh Binh 2 Hotel is a great choice to stay at the more quiet, relaxed and local 'second' beach of Nha Trang. It is located near the university and the historic Pasteur Institute Hospital of Nha Trang. This is a very good budget hotel, which is still new and kept very clean. The rooms have good and quiet A/C, a good mid-sized fridge/freezer combination, cable/satellite TV with international channels (including Russian stations for the growing number of Russian visitors to Nha Trang/Vietnam), and a clean bathroom with rain-shower/regular shower combination. the rooms to the beach/with ocean view have small balconies with very nice direct beach and ocean views. The windows and doors are insulated/isolated enough to keep the traffic noise from the main beach road to a minimum as well. The higher you are, the less noise, naturally..
