The management and staff could not be any more nicer than these people, they made us feel so welcome and we really did feel a part of the family. With the sound of kids playing outside waking you up in the morning it felt you were a part of normal life in Vietnam.Had a great time and a BIG thank you to Tammy and the girls.Look forward to going back.Ian & Amy.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating, very friendly and rooms were big and clean. Would definitely stay there again! They had some vegan options for breakfast. The homestay is across the road from the beach.

Amazing hospitality. Location to An bang beach could be better but there’s another small beach close by. You can hire bicycles for 40,000 dong for 24hr. Quite neighbourhood with a nice few restaurants very close by.

The room was really clean and the staff helpful. The location is ideal as well. Walking distance to different beaches and just a short drive to the ancient part of Hoi An. The breakfast was included and really delicious. 

Another good stay. On the second floor this time, bigger room and shared balcony that runs along the four upper rooms.Friendly staff, really good breakfast and plenty of restaurants near by.

Loved our stay here. The ladies who run the place are very friendly. The room is very comfortable with good air conditioning, WiFi and bathroom.

Good breakfast selection with the best omelettes we have had in Vietnam. Various egg based options + toast, fruit and home made jams. 

Location wise it is very handy for the beach, plenty of restaurants in walking distance and of course Hoi An on the doorstep.

We will hopefully return!

Really comfortable stay, nice room with good facilities, WiFi, TV, fridge, clothes rail. Bathroom has a shower over a bath, so either option available.Breakfasts good, various choices + jam and toast, fruit.Very convenient for Cao Dai beach, and lots of restaurants to choose from.

From start to finish Cam and family made me very welcome and made life easy by picking me at the airport obviously at a cost but when you look at buses etc this is a worthwhile option. The room was great clean and Tidy.
The sisters always prepared breakfast Fruit and offered a selection of cooked eggs and Banna pancakes.
The location is not directly on the beech however its a 5 min walk and if you wonder down the beech for another 5 mins you will find plenty of Sun loungers <20000Vnd
The main town can be accessed by walk I found it fun to explore different routes through the field however not for everyone as I will take 30 to 40 mins!
If you prefer ride a bike or jump in a taxi they all work on the meter here and one way is less tan $3
If you want a nice meal very close then I suggest BAO HAN cheap why by Vietamise price great food and atmosphere. 

The people make this place. The ladies who run it are incredibly friendly. Someone noticed the birthday on my passport and i was treated to vietnamese cuisine ( in homestay), flowers and cake! Very nice unexpected gesture.

The place:
Soft bed, full water pressure, hot water, bath tub, good sized rooms. 
It's 4km from Ancient town and 4km from An Bang beach. It's only steps from Cau Dai beach. 
There are rental bikes here only 30,000/day. 
Breakfast is a traditional western, being that there are eggs and toast. Also find fruits and pancakes.
This place was good for me. I stayed 2 weeks

The place is near to port. It's convenient to take boat to Cham Island. The lady of Hostel is very kind and nice. She did her best to help me solve every problem. I'm sure It's not the last time that I live here. It's worth giving it shot.

The people!

I was so lucky to discover this Homestay on Hotels .comThe hotel is across from the beach with a number of restaurants that are very good and recommended by trip advisor only minutes away.I had a very good spacious room on the second floor that was very clean.The front desk staff was exceptional and always accommodating.The SeaSun has a very nice breakfast always with fresh juice, fruit,coffee,and your choice of eggs.I was so impressed that when I returned to Hoi An I re-booked for another week.I strongly recommend this Homestay it is not in the center of town but very conveniently located if you want to be close to the beaches and is only a 10-15 minute bike ride or a $4 cab ride to Old Town.Highly recommended and Very Satusfied with the SeaSun Homestay and I have been travelling since January with all my accommodations being Homestay’s/Airbnb

Exceptional Value

Maybe my friend and I were not the target group. The other guests were couples. I totally get why: quiet area, cozy and romantic atmosphere. If you are looking for party, look elsewhere. There is a beach 100 meters from the homestay, but you can't swim there, you have to go maybe 500-700 meters. The staff was so friendly I wanted to bring them home. When we arrived, the girl in the reception (owner?) sang happy birthday AND came with a beautiful cake (it was my birthday the day before). Such a nice gesture. I love this homestay. Good range of breakfast options. Good wifi. Lovely room with fridge and all necessities. Only "negative" I have to say: I would love to have more towels in the bathroom (now only one each), it would have been perfect if we could have one small towel for the floor and maybe even one small each for the hands. Also, the beach is slowly disappearing and tourism is dying in this area because of that, it's a shame because it's such a nice place.

Cozy, romantic and supercute staff

We stayed for 2nights and it was wonderful because of the owner's hospitality!!!She is so charming, kind and friendly and helped us always like a mother such as making instant noodles, cutting fruits and giving information about beach and massage.Location is nice as well. There are Qua dai beach, good massage and convenience store in 3minutes on foot.When I come back there, I must stay this homestay again!! Arigatoooo!!!!

The best homestay in Hoi an

It was a very pleasant stay. Me and my girlfriend stayed there for two nights in the beginning of July.The room was great value for money, though the bathroom was very warm and the power of the water in the shower was low, but minor details. They gave us a room right next to the reception but there was no window and you could hear the people in the reception with the door closed. We went outside to ask if there was another room available - before we said anything the very nice owner asked if we wanted a room upstairs instead - did not charge us extra, might have been cause of low season.The staff was friendly and let us borrow bicycles to go to Hoi An for free - we went both nights. Hoi an is by the way a very beaut and nice city, especially at night. They also helped us getting a bus back to DanangFree breakfast which was nice - on the 2nd morning we ordered a banana pancake besides the free breakfast - they gave us the pancake for free as wellIt is a 2 min walk for the beach - the restaurant across the road let you use their sun beds and parasols for "free" - we bought drinks their because we felt we should compensate - the owner at the restaurant later on kind of bullied us into buying lunch there. It was expensive and not very good, don't buy food there.All in all it is a nice place to stay on a budget with a nice and helpful staff
