Perfect location 10 minute walk from the tourist area. There are great budget food options surrounding the nearby local market (much better than the tourist market in the old quarter). The family kept their home immaculately clean and the rooms were equivalently clean and tidy. Nice big bathroom and big bedrooms. They were accommodating of our late checkout and let us shower in a spare bedroom before we caught our night bus. The street was amazingly quiet, we slept uninterrupted every night. The internet always worked (~1Mb/s) but you could probably find a speedier connection at one of the major hotels. I would highly recommend staying here for someone who wants a slice of Hoi An life.
