The place is new so OK. Service staff needs to be more tactful in dealing with complains. Cannot be one sided and support those who complained just because they are Westerners. Too biase for my liking. On the whole the location is just very convenient to travel everywhere.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful which made my stay more comfortable in Hoi An. A great place to stay if you want somewhere more quiet and not too far from the old town by walk.

This hotel is one of the best for price quality relationship. Large rooms, very clean, tasty breakfast and, specially, adorable staff. We were welcomed very well, and they helped us a lot. Thank you for everything! 

Very nice hotel and staff

It is first time i dont know what kind of review i should text. Stinky bathroom, dirty bedclothes but amazing breakfast and very close to city center. If You dont want to spend money of exclusive hotels stay here. One or two nights u will handle it but not longer.

One night stand

Very nice clean rooms comfortable bathroom is clean ideally located on a rather quiet street and 5 minutes from the city center the girls at the reception are super nice and tidy she booked us a plane for ho chi minh at a very good price i advise you

Very good hotel.

We stayed there for three nights, the location is very close to the old town. The staff is very friendly and responds to all our requests. We even took a tour through the hotel, it was a cheaper hair than elsewhere, and it was perfect! and to top it all off a very good bed!

It's perfect.

I loved it how central it was. Great location for the money I paid. It’s right in the heart of the city, within 5 minutes from the river with all its fantastic restaurants and cafes. The staff was great, they gave me some advice on the sights worth visiting and also helped me to book a bus ticket to Saigon. They also have a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor, so I checked out early in the morning, spent the whole day on the beach and was able to take a shower before I took the bus which collected me straight from the hotel. They even gave me a towel even though I had to try hard to get it as the girl at reception tried telling me the housekeeper had left and they couldn’t give me one :) It was a nice little hotel after all! The only thing I was disappointed about was the cleanliness in my room. I stayed there 3 nights and they didn’t clean my room a single time. I went to reception after 1 night saying my room hadn’t been cleaned and asked for some clean towels. They game me some but still didn’t clean the room the next day or the following. 

Great location!

I've read some positive reviews on tripadvisor and booking.com. My experience wasn't so positive. The room we got was directly linked to the restaurant so we had little privacy unless we closed the curtains all the time. The room itself was filthy. There were stains on the wall everywhere, and the bed was not clean. The linnen was stained with yellow sweat spots, and so were the towels. The bathroom was terrible. There was a leakage somewhere in the shower cabin which made the entire floor of the bathroom wet. The wash stand smelled like poo or something rotten that I couldn't quite place, but the smell was very unpleasant. The staff were friendly enough. One thing I would like to point out as well: there is no 24hour service desk. We wanted to get something done at 2200, which isn't thát late, but there was nobody there anymore. Except for a man who couldnt speak English at all and was of no help. 

This hotel is really not very good. I can't think of one positive point. Hmm yes the location was good, but that's about it. A friendly staff should be a given in any hotel.

Don't let the cheap pricing of this hotel fool you. There must be better ones for the same price. If not,  spend a little more on a better hotel. But skip this one, it's not worth it guys.

Big dissapointment

Definitely doesn’t look like the management photos, furniture very old already, but that would be ok if it was properly cleaned. 

Good sides:
Strong AC
Good location

Bad sides:
- You cannot check in before 2pm
- We only got warm blankets as covers, it should have been bed covers cause obviously no one washed blankets ever 
-Shower was dirty, with very low water pressure and leaking on the floor 

A bit of an annoying situation over breakfast (that we paid), you can choose one dish and one drink. Under all drinks on the menu there is  option “fresh fruit” with a picture of a fruit platter next to it. I ordered that but got watermelon juice instead which I do not like. I asked if they can give me something else since the menu was misleading but they said they put a wrong thing and picture on the menu but that is what I ordered so I cannot change it. It’s the things like that that show how the service is. 

Could be better

There were ants, bed bugs and other animals in the bed, and there was a lot of finger-thick mold in the bathroom and the drain, and bed sheets and towels were all but clean, and complaining was just a ridiculous excuse.
