We would recommend vera homestay. The owners were very nice and helpful. They could help us with reservations of taxi etc. 

The room and bathroom are stylish, nice and clean. It was furnished with seating in, and aircon and fan. 

Vera homestay is close to the beach, about two minutes to walk and we would definitely recommend staying here if you are interested in staying near the beach. The beach is clean and tidy. You can also walk along the beach about 750 m to several restaurants. It is also a short distance to the exiting old city.

We would recommend Vera homestay and if we return we will choose this place.

We choose this homestay because of it's proximity to the beach and the price friendliness. We had a warm welcome and the room was very nice and clean. Uyen, the owner took very good care of us. 

For the breakfast you need to order it the day before and you can indicate the time you would like it to be served. Both western and local options were available and was fresh and delicious. 

Complimentary bicycles are available and they have the option to rent their motorcycle for very cheap. With the motorcycle it took only 1 minute to get to An Bang beach and 5 minutes to get to the old town. This was also ideal to cruise around and explore the rest of Hoi An. 

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we can highly recommend it. 

Nice family run hostel, with excellent breakfast and stylish rooms. The people are great. The rooms are spacious. The beach and restaurants are ±300 m from the house. Very relaxed and laid back place. Good location to visit Hoi An.

My friend and I had a great stay at Vera home stay right before New Years. The room was clean and comfortable, although sometimes there was a problem with the hot water. The hotel is near the beach, so keep this in mind if you plan on spending a lot of time in Hoi An, as you'll need to plan for taxis or rent a scooter (which the home stay can arrange) to get into town. We were there while it was rainy, so the beach was very quiet, but we were able to find a couple of delicious restaurants close by that were still open and had amazing food. About a ten-fifteen minute walk to the main beach town area.

The breakfast included in our stay by our hosts was amazing! My friend and I particularly loved the cau lau noodles that are a speciality of the region. 

The family was warm and helpful with everything we asked and it was a great place to stay while we explore the area! I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed there for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was very big, everything seems to be new. It's calm, they have comfortable beds and offer free Wi-Fi  (works good) and bicycles. You can walk to the beach, only very few minutes away or take the bike to hoi an. For breakfast you can choose one meal and one drink for the next day. So you order your breakfast until 5pm for the next day. The bathrooms don't have a window which you can open (the only minus) but it is still ok as it has some ventilation on the ceiling. You can also join family dinners or other kinds of activities (we didn't have enough time). It's more like a small hotel with reception.
