Enjoyed our stay here (moreso after we moved rooms). The first room had a shower where the hot water would not stay on more than 2 seconds, a window that didn't close, and we found out in the morning the A/C unit leaked water all over the floor. However, staff was able to move us to a new room for our 2nd night with working water heater and A/C! The mattresses were great for side sleeping and I got a great night's sleep after a week of firm to wood-floor hard mattresses in Thailand, this was a gem of a place. I don't believe the breakfast included description on TA is accurate anymore-they did not have food available during our stay. Not a problem though, with the location being just 1 street over from the Backpacker walking street. This location was just far enough removed that we had peace and quiet for our time in the hotel. Prices for the hotel in person as a drop in were consistent with prices listed online.
