Very good staff ! Hieu, the receptionist is very friendly ! The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There are many wash room and toilet, so we never waited ! The hotel location is nice for who prefered more authentic landscape than the old quarter ! Stay as you are because you are amazing ! :D

The breakfast was really good, the facilities where clean and I really liked that they were on a different floor, so one didn't have to disturb the other guests. The common room, which is located on the top floor, is cosy and one can observe the city life from above. My brother and I enjoyed the stay and we stayed there again after our trip to Cat Ba. On the groundfloor there is a little bakery, which creates amazingly fluffy cakes (they are a bit pricier, but man it's so worth it!). The beds are rather hard, but I slept like a baby, so I can't complain at all. They even have little curtains, so you have a lot of privacy. And the blankets are warm and big, they even fit a taller traveler :-) A big compliment also to the staff who was incredibly friendly and even saved us a huge detour (thanks Martin!) by calling the bus stop and asking about the departure times (we would have driven to the wrong spot). A very small hostel with only one room of 10 beds. The reception/common area, bedroom and bathrooms/toilets were located in different floors - very small indeed which made it extremely quiet (i loved it!). Bathrooms were clean, conviniently designed with curtains to keep clothes from splashing water. Bed and blanket were not very soft but good enough for me. Breakfast was simple with 1 egg+ two pieces of cold bread (they didn't have a toaster i suppose), but their coffee was brilliant, like those in coffee shops.

The breakfast was really good

Nice place with quiet atmosphere 

The staff is very friendly, the bath new and nice (but sucky water pressure when showering). Only one dorm, what I like, BUT the beds are horribly uncomfortable. We stayed there for 4 nights because of pure laziness, and now my back is hurting.... So guys put some money in new beds, repaint the dirty dormwall add some more breakfast choices and you're fine. 

VERY hard beds. 

We finally paid double of the price we saw on agoda, staff was good, room ok but very hard beds, also the entrance is trought one pancake shop so after 9 you need to phone to staff to get door open... Not very recomended better places in hanoi
