Me and my boyfriend arrived in Hanoi and went in search of somewhere to book trips to Ha Long bay and Ha giang Loup! We shopped around but found this place offered the best price and had the best and most friendly service! Straight away we were greeted, given fruit and were able to book our trips and be picked up from the hotel! They even did my laundry over night so it was ready to take with me next morning!! Once we returned from our trips we had two nights stay in the hotel as well, the room was very clean, modern and well decorated! The shower/bathroom again very clean with a towel and complimentary toiletries! The air con worked well and the bed was real comfy! The hotel it's self is located in a very good place and the lake, prison and war museum are all within walking distance!!! The staff were extremely friendly, polite and couldn't do enough to help! We were regularly given fruit, drinks and even invited for dinner with the owner on the last night! Fantastic establishment which we really enjoyed staying at! Thank you to all staff at Dream Boutique Hotel & Travel
