My boyfriend and I had such a good stay at Hanoi Culture hostel ! When we first arrived in Hanoi we were at an AirBnB, which ended up being situated between two very noisey construction sites, the noise didn’t stop all night so we needed to find somewhere fast. I found Hanoi Culture Hostel on Hostelworld, the reviews were great and they were available so we booked, and we were SO glad we did. The customer service really was wonderful, the best we had in all of Vietnam. Everyone working the front desk, to the breakfast staff, to the cleaning staff was so nice, we felt so safe and cared for. The room was so quiet thank goodness, and the room was very big with a lot of storage space in the closet. They hooked us up with a trip to Halong bay for a really good price. And yes the breakfast was amazing! A menu to choose from, fresh fruits and juices, coffee and tea, it was above and beyond. And snacks and all day coffee!! My boyfriend and I weren’t looking for a super social party hostel, so it was perfect for us but if you are looking to meet people I do agree it maybe isn’t the spot for you. Thank you again Julie, Louis, Hao and all the staff!! Keep up the amazing job!
