Most disgusting place I've ever stayed, there was Rat poo on the beds and the staff weren't helpful when this was brought to their attention. No point staying there when you can go else where for much better service at the same price. Did not feel clean in my stay at all nor welcome by the staff. Do not stay here. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Don't stay here.

This place is absolutely disgusting in every way. Photos on trip advisor show new clean rooms, the reality is that they are filthy. Staff hopeless and not at all bothered. Room we booked was not available, what more can I say.

Worst place I’ve ever been 

Absolutely nothing like the images they used online. Shocking really.. the customer service is none existent, when the customer is left guessing whether you even work there or not you are doing a bad job. The location is convenient to the bus and train-station.

Phoney Place

All pictures and info on TripAdvisor or Trip.com are not real, the hostel looks very awful. They don’t have breakfast, they don’t have any shuttles or tours. The lockers don’t work, it’s smells poo in the toilet and in the room. They have 2 dogs of which they don’t  take care(poor dogs) and they poo everywhere in the hostel. The receptionist is rude and helpless. I wanted to cancel the hostel the moment I got there because of the fake info on the website, but she denied and said a lot of lies that it’s trip.coms fault. The boss of the hostel is a cheater- he just gets money from travelers and all the time hangs up his phone. His number 0973263366(Vietnamese) and also he lies that I asked refund in cash.

The worst hostel ever

We arrived at the hostel around 11 pm and told us that they were overbooked. We did not get another offer. The service was horrible. In the end we slept in the dorm but that was smelly and dirty. Would never recommand anyone to sleep here. Disgusting place. There are no mirrors and the bathrooms smell like piss. 

The worst experience

We booked through booking a private room for 4people 1night. Despite of having an email confirmation, when we arrived the receptionist told us that we will be in a shared room, paying almost the same price. As it was late we stayed at the hostel but if we had seen the room earlier we would have changed to another hotel. There were spiders and mosquitos everywhere! The door was also broken and they didnt provide us towels or shower gel. 

Disappointing, unprofessional and dirty

I booked a fem dorm spot but they ran out of it so they made me an offer to switch to mix dorm instead, which i reluctantly agreed. Worst choice i ever made. The room was clean, but due to it being mix dorm, there was no locks to the lockers. I didn't know you had to bring your own lock because my previous hostel already possessed them. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or bath towels. I barely get any sleep because two of my other roomates snored too loud, plus there was a rat that kept coming back at night, making rustling sound, disturbing my sleep. I wouldn't come back. Also this place is near a highway, so it gets really loud because of traffic. It's nothing like these pictures the hostel itself provided.

Unprofessional

This place was horrendous, do not book here. We booked for 2 nights and refused to stay. We booked through booking.com and as soon as we saw the room we left and demanded a refund. It was dirty, mosquito infested and really noisy due to the adjacent main road and building work next door. The room was damp and mouldy and the place looked nothing like the photos on line. The whole place stank of cigarette smoke and mould. We were so relieved to find another place and couldn't bare to stay here. We are seasoned travellers and this is the first time we have walked away from a hostel. We cannot understand where the good reviews and photos are coming from. Something does not stack up. We had a lucky escape....

i found this hotel at booking.com..they promise soundproof single room..but the room was very noisy..noise from the street, talking from reception..broken fan (it's working, but it makes terrible noise), it was dark and very dirty..i choose to run away..i ask for money back (i pay before see the room, ok - my fault) but the guy say his english is very bad (when i pay he speek english good) and with Google translator he tell me he is not boss and don't give me my money back..i was pissed and go to totally better hotel in next street for same price...don't go there! or don't book private single room
