Very clean hotel in a great area! The staff were all so lovely and helpful. They even let us store our bags for the day when we returned from a cruise in Ha Long Bay 3 days after we had checked out!

It is in the heart of the old quarter. Very convenient.  My husband and I arrived late in the night, pick up from airport was efficient and easy. Rolled into our room and slept like a baby. Met Linh at the front desk and she was fabulous in helping us plan our whole time here in Vietnam, from Halong Bay, Ninh Binh. Mai Chau and PuLuong. We felt very taken care of and she made our trip memorable and comfortable. We were moved to their sister Hotel, Carrillon Boutique Hotel to a big room with bathtub and balcony. Thank you Linh and  all the staff at Delica Hotel and at Carrillon Boutique Hotel for making our stay unforgettable.

Great location. You can walk for food choices and many convenience markets in area for snacks. I had single room. Good shower .  Property Safe in room quiet and clean. Breakfast and staff very helpful for tours or any other question.  Airport pickup and drop off excellent.  Arrange through hotel. I arrived at midnight and nice to have driver there.  I stayed 4 nights . Would have preferred larger room but it worked.  Did not spend much time in room anyway. Later moved on to Danang as planned.

The staff is SO kind. I cant emphasize how kind they been to us. They spoke english well and the breakfast has been delicious. Our trips were full of bumps and the kindness we felt here was one of my best highlight. They helped book our ride from airport and to our next destination. It is quite over stimulating and over whelming here otherwise. There is room service daily and building is old but they had all the essential to fridge and hair drier as well and an elevator. Location is very ideal and all the best eats qere a quick walk. I would definitely come back. Thank you hotel delica for accompdating us.

Great location in Hanoi old quarter. Staff are amazing from front desk to housekeeping. A lot of food options nearby. Within Walking distance to a lot attractions in Hanoi old quarter. The rooms are a bit old/dated but hôtel reasonably priced. Also their car service to Hanoï airport is reasonable, comparable to taking a Grab.

Perfect spot for our one night stopover in Hanoi! The hotel is within a 15min walk of Hoàn Kiém Lake, tons of food options (including lots of vegetarian), a great microbrewery storefront, and the infamous Train Streets of Hanoi. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, David ran us through a map of the area when we arrived which was very helpful. The breakfast offering is simple yet filling, and the place is showing its age a bit but with a lot of fun character and some beautiful decor.

My husband and I stayed here and we loved it. The room and hotel were not the most up to date, but the amazing staff made up for it. We got in late from Narita and Rose set up an airport pick up for us. When we got to the hotel, David was there, ready to assist us. They carried our bags up to our room and had the AC on for us and ready to go because it was 40c in Hanoi. They had complimentary breakfast and it consisted of fruits, toast, breakfast meats, and you could order other things off their menu, like eggs and pho. Before we went out, they offered suggestions for places to eat, things to see and gave us a map to point it all out. We were sad to leave, but will go back one day.

Friendliest Staff EVER!!!

We loved it here!  Rose was amazing she helped us with every question we had!  Before we arrived she set up a driver to pick us up at the airport and a driver 6 days later to get us back to the airport.  The price was less than $18.  There is an elevator so it made it easy to get to our room. All the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good it included an omelette if you asked for one. Linh was helpful too.  I would stay here again!

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the Delica Hanoi Hotel. We had a family suite that was roomy enough for 5 people. The space was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is centrally-located in the old quarter just steps away from eateries, street food vendors and Ho Hoàn Kiếm. This hotel is family friendly, offers daily breakfast and is a great value!

What a gem 💎. Thomas and Rose are adorable and happy to accomadate us in every way. We booked a cruise in Halong Bay, took us to the airport to extend our visa when travelling to Loas, breakfast was delicious and our superior room upgrade was not a problem. When we returned from Loas we stayed in the family room with a balcony. Definitely very comfortable. A home away from home.

The entire Hotel Staff are AMAZING! They really do make you feel like you are home or...the home you wish you had. They are incredibly friendly , hospitible, accommodating, and helpful!! Great place to stay if your booking tours. They pick you up at that location and hotel is very centrally located. Neighborhood is incredibly friendly too!
