300k dong for a 2-bedroom 150k to rent a motorbike all day long The lady owner is very kind and will be willing to show u around It's is located centrally, basically closed to all the attractions There are a few restaurants closed by, very cheap When u come to da nang, don't worry about getting ripped off. People here are super nice
